I'm married to a man whom was just introduced to both these breads by my family and now he refuses to leave town without a stash large enough to get us by for a month or two (while they both freeze well, nothing compares to a slice of fresh, warm Napolitano bread). The Napolitano bread's crust has just the right amount of flake and chew when it's fresh and the Spatz's bread makes for the perfect piece of toast! We've just run out of the last of our Napolitano and there are no visits to Saginaw in sight.
