Placed a large delivery order with coworkers. This is what my soup and salad looked like. Barely anything there. I was terribly disappointed for paying so much after tip and delivery charge. Coworker was missing an item but decided not to call seeing it took so long for us to get to begin with. I won't be ordering anything more read more

I generally like Panera, it's expensive but the food is decent, work usually foots the bill anyway... But this location is just terrible. They are so slow, a lot of the cookies and such are stale, the girl who takes drive through orders is the most unpleasant person they could have found. Can't get a drink order right, either. Always remember why I don't come here after sitting in the damn drive through for fifteen minutes. read more

I use this place occasionally and they are always good. Today I had a big order that I forgot to confirm. The employees at Panera were amazing and put together the order as fast as possible. They were professional, quick, and did it with a smile. The food was great and the entire office was happy. I would recommend this Panera to anyone. Great service, great food, and went out of their way to take care of me. read more

They didn't listen to when I told them to take stuff of my meal. And now I'm dealing with pain from the heat of peppers on the Italiano sandwhich and I got the ranch parm btl salad and the green stuff was bad. read more

Excellent service, clean installation, and very good ambiance. My fuji apple chicken salad and my autumn squash soup were a little too sweet. Wish Panera can dial back on the added sugar. read more

Went through the drive through this am and the woman taking the orders had me wait at the speaker for 10 minutes with no other car in line. Ordered a toasted bagel. Got a cold non toasted bagel after waiting 10 more minutes at the drive through window read more

Ordered a Greek Salad with chicken for carry out. Panera BREAD was out of BREAD so no baguette, okay. Got back to the hotel, and no chicken. Really? There's literally a ticket on the bag. How hard is it to check it before you put the bag in a customer's hand? No bread and can't get an order right, don't bother with this location. read more

This Panera is awful. Got home today with my order and one of the Baja Chicken Bowls was cold and the rice was brittle and crunchy. The avocado was also crunchy. Manager said it was probably still frozen. The second Baja bowl we bought was mostly just rice. On a previous trip through the drive through they gave me the wrong food entirely. I wish they would reimburse me for the gas money for driving back to get a refund. I would avoid this Panera. read more

Food is good like all other Paneras. Currently in line in drive thru pick up window for 10 minutes waiting on 2 breakfast sandwiches. Yesterday about 10 mins waiting on 1 sandwich. They were not busy at all. Unbelievably slow read more

WORST PB EVER !!!! save your money & time ! Go to the one in bay city. Or literally ANY OTHER ONE and you will be much more happy . I have been to this Panera a handful of times... it's close to our house so it was convenient ....they messed up our order EVERY TIME! So the manager always apologized and gave us a free you pick two for the next visit . This visit tonight was the topping on the cake and I declined the free meal ticket for next time and said I will just NEVERR be back to this store again. The staff . RUDE! The food comes out messy and cold . You would think working at Panera wouldn't be rocket science but the staff they have working this one down right can't even do the job. Here are some pictures of our food tonight . Grilled cheese - not grilled AT ALL Mac & cheese - no cheese . It was just noodles . I have been to MANY Panera's and never never had a issues . This one... has dropped off the cliff !!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ! read more

When they first opened in Saginaw it was great now, it's just mediocre nothing special. The food was hot and delicious. Now it's luke warm sometimes. And they take forever with orders. They have really went down hill. The don't listen half the time either. I told them a large Mac &Cheese.. they gave me a small. I was all the way home. To find out the mistake. I got brownies from them once and they were hard as hell. They really need to do better read more

I'll admit - I'm a bit biased. Panera holds a warm place in my heart. It takes me back to my college days where my friends and I would meet up for a bread bowl or two. And seeing Saginaw progressing with the Panera's and the Chipotle's of the world is great to see (admittedly they are chains, but it's a start!). The cashiers are friendly and efficient. The bread is fresh, yeasty, and delicious. And that's the basis for most of their dishes. I had the chipotle chicken sandwich - great bread with moist chicken, crispy bacon, and cheddar cheese. The GF had the bread bowl, which was crusty on the outside and perfectly chewy within - she chose broccoli cheddar soup - always a good bet. We couldn't help but get a large order of the mac n cheese - perfectly creamy, the pasta was nicely al dente, and you could get the nuttiness and saltiness of the cheese. For a chain - this mac n cheese rocks. It's Pepsi-town here (I'm an admitted Coke fan) - but that's fine. They've got several brewed teas including Acai and coffee ready as well! read more

First time here, so I didn't really care for the ordering procedure. The Asiago steak sandwich was pretty good. I did the pick 2 and grabbed the Mac and cheese dish to go with it. Yum. That was really good! read more

I called this Panera at 9:30 am and asked if they could do boxed lunches for 70 people by 11:30 am. I FULLY expected them to say no and wouldn't have been mad if they said no. They not only said yes but they were kind and courteous. When we went to pick up they gave us a cup of coffee and had it ready to go before we even sat down. THANK YOU so much! You guys rocked it out today! read more

Don't get coffee here they cannot get it figured out how to serve coffee inside. 4 times I went to get coffee 4 times irritated. No thx !!!!

Absolutely terrible service. I don't think ANY of their staff have EVER treated me with decency let alone kindness. So sick of giving this place the benefit of the doubt, I'm done. Half my order is always wrong, they're out of this item or that item, staff is INCREDIBLY rude. Bagels and cream cheese from here are delicious but at this point I'll have to resist. Would like to see them get new management. read more

Unfortunately I find most things on the menu to be overpriced. Including the sandwiches which haven't been the best the past two times I ordered one. The pasta however is my absolute favorite. I love treating myself to a full order of the Chicken Tortellini Alfredo. However I can't do it often or I would be living in a box. All of the bakery goods are delicious and go well with coffee. Over all great place to eat but be prepared to spend quite a bit of money. read more

Waited over 45 minutes for my order. Place is ridiculously slow. Don't come here. They need to hire more people and have a better attitude. Don't usually leave negative comments but this place is terrible. read more

Let me start by saying that I have no choice but to go to this Panera Bread Location - there isn't another in Saginaw. This place is awful. Consistently awful. They were awful before Covid Shutdowns and have just got worse. The employees are mostly college students at SVSU, so I'll be sure to pass on any resumes from applicants that have attended that school when hiring for my businesses. These people are rude and stupid. When you place an order, they make you feel like you're bothering them. They leave the speaker on while you're making your order, so you can hear all the snide comments they make about the customers they're serving. You order soup, they forget the spoon. Order a drink, good luck getting a straw. They won't answer the phone, so you're forced to go into the restaurant to pick up missing items. The Managers don't care, and it shows in every aspect of the business. For those of us that know what Panera should be like, the glaring failures of this Location are astonishing. Very, very bad experience, consistently. Chipotle is right across the street, go there. read more

We usually come here and the service is decent, then I came in today and was greeted at the counter by the rudest fast food worker I have ever talked to. Her name was Claudia. To the business owner or manager, I suggest you listen to her tone and the way she speaks to customers and maybe your workers would get some tips. I will not come back if she still speaks that way. Very poor service. read more

It was 1 o'clock in the afternoon and they were out of half the menu and it was not abnormally busy.

Upon entering, we were immediately greeted with smiling faces. Alyssa the manager was helpful and pleasant to her team and to us. I like it when management is noticeably present to their staff. Nice nicely prepared and delicious food. I love the coffee the paper cups are plus we will definitely come back here again. read more

Panera Bread - The food is delicious. The selection is excellent. Love this place! - Salad Near Me - Saginaw, Michigan

Pretentious and overrated!! Two of my favorite things to eat are soup and a big salad and they failed miserably on both. I ordered the French onion and my husband had the chicken noodle soup and both tasted old and processed. Even the bread they served was old. I hated giving such a low review because I knew this place was pricey and waited forever to finally try it because I wanted it to be my go to when I wanted something warm and comforting but I should have just grabbed my can of condensed chicken noodle that I always stock in my cupboard on those crappy days. The salad was served with wilted lettuce and mealy tomato. The French onion soup was greasy. Onion, cheese, broth and yet I could have drained a cup of grease from the tiny serving I was given! Won't go back and thanks for giving Campbell's more revenue! read more

I love Panera. They have healthy choices, they have a good selection of sandwiches, soups, salads, and even smoothies. I love their super fruit smoothie, it's fat free and delicious. I also love their "you pick 2" deal where you can get a cup of soup and half of a sandwich, and that also comes with either a baguette, apple or chips. The staff at this location has always been really friendly to me, and they have pretty quick service too. My only complaint is that the food is a little more expensive than other quick options, but to me it's worth it because of the quality and health/fresh factor. I also enjoy their atmosphere, it's a great place to meet up with people, very relaxed. I used to come to Panera to study or do work for hours while I was in college. They also have great bread and pastures made fresh!! Personal favorite if you want a treat: cinnamon crunch bagel with honey walnut spread. You won't regret that one (unless you are counting calories)!! read more

If I could leave this place zero stars I would. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. Terrible service-the employees were unaware of what items they were out of (they were out of almost everything). Along with the poor service, the food was not up to usual Panera standards. My soup was cold-not luke warm, actually cold. It was also unsanitary-I had to ask for plastic eating utensils because my given silverware was so dirty I could practically see the E.coli growing on it. Overall a terrible dining experience. read more

this panera is like any other- good food, love the mac and cheese. however, it's easy to see them just slip the sandwich into a little toaster and put it on a platter for you. good food, nice employees, but just a mediocre chain. read more

Heed the ratings. They are correct. Stopped here today (5/23/21). Went through the drive thru to be directed to wait in spot 2, and they'd bring the sandwiches. Spot on was occupied, three filled after us. Both got their food before we did. Then they both filled twice more before we received our food?!? (However, the second car in spot one had an issue, as they parked and took in their receipt after looking puzzled after reviewing their order: did they get ours?) I questioned the employee that came out, he didn't have an answer. I went in, and they gave me a bag with the wrong items. Once I had the "correct" food, one of the sandwiches (Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt) was literally bread, chicken and cheese. It was pretty nasty. Feel free to contact me Panera and add a replacement sandwich to my rewards. read more

i agreed very high prices, which i do not mind paying, but second time the order was wrong so i called to let them know and really said i come back and get the right order, so i said no i live on other side so the lady said i can get a voucher but here is the kicker i said how long will it take well right they are waiting for there vouchers slip to come in lol so they will mail it to me, so wonder how long will that take.. never go there again for their price i will go to Mcdonalds. Good luck if your planning to go to pinera bread in saginaw MI . I should read the reviews first. read more

Food: I know its a chain and they have dictates, so this is prob for all. The sandwiches have become a giant disappointment ...two of us ordered the Turkey BLT. I would say there was 1 oz turkey with 3 oz of bread. I had to have a microscope to see a little half pc of bacon so finely sliced the most modest bacon in the groc store is thicker. The baguettes were so stale and hard all 3 people I was with complained about it. None suggested a return visit. The only saving grace was the salad seemed nice, although lettuce isn't that filling. Service: no one asked us what we wanted on our sandwiches...I heard one person order w mustard ...no one even asked us if we wanted mayo slopped on. 3/4 orders were served wrong and that is location oriented. They slammed out (the place was only 1/3 full so its not like it was super busy) orders w baguettes w/o even looking we wanted an apple or chips. I was also not asked for my Panera card (I previously loved the place). Ambience: slightly above fast food Value: 1/5 for $25 we got 2 decaf coffees, 2 salad/sandwich lunch servings. And, we left hungry. At that rate, we can eat almost anywhere. read more

This Panera Bread is always fast and I've always had good experience with the food. Usually I'll get a sandwich, but this time around I was trying to watch my beer belly so I got me a salad and a cup of soup. Both were tasty. Only flaw with Panera as a whole is it's a little expensive for what it is. Might want to watch out for a line at the drive thru. This place gets this Yelper's official SEAL OF APPROVAL read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I went, ordered a simple grilled cheese, baguette and a chocolate chip cookie for dessert. Not only did they forget the cookie but they also served me my grilled cheese STILL COLD. I opened it up and clearly could tell that it barely even got "warmed up". I could see the individual slices of cheese, showing that it was not the slightest bit melted. When I went to report it, they offered to remake it, which I was thankful for. But, when I got it back they messed up the baguette and gave me a bag of chips. I know this is all very minor but when I am paying $8 for two pieces of bread and a couple slices of cheddar cheese, I expect more. read more
