Timing took several months for him to get back to me with a date to get the work done. The second booking, he actually blocked my number when I attempted to call the day of to clarify timing/logistics. I unfortunately ended up burning 2 PTO days to be around to entertain the kids while the yard was off limits. Maybe he under quoted and didn't want to do the work? Anyways, proceed caution and low expectations. I ended up going with a different tree service who were easy to work with and great communicators.

In fact, the new homeowner is continuing his services. The yard is challenging; it's basically a rocky, steep hill with lots of overgrowth. I called 15+ companies before finding this one, and of the few that bothered to return my call, they declined the job because of the hill. He had no hesitations about the lawn, and was willing to schedule right away. He did a good job getting the overgrowth under control initially, and has maintained the space well. Mohamad has been caring for the lawn biweekly for the last two months. He communicates promptly and proactively, shows up when he says he will, and does consistent work at a reasonable rate. I would recommend his work to anyone in the area who wants someone who will work hard and do the job well.

We had him paint some of the walls yellow, which is a terrible color in terms of coverage, and the paint he used turned out awesome in just two coats (I have painted yellow before and three coats didn't do the trick). He made suggestions to help keep costs down and the final result feels so much cleaner and brighter than the builders grade paint that was here before. The two stars are based on the high quality of their website -- I've got nothing else to go on, unfortunately. We stopped by the Streets Run location hoping to talk with someone; the brother of the owner (or one of the owners?) was in the parking lot and gave us the number of the owner. We called the number, talked with him, and gave him our details. He was very accommodating and said he'd drop by the next day to check out our home's potential landscaping area. He didn't -- and he also didn't call back to reschedule. We'd shifted our plans and stayed home all day, waiting for some sort of check-in. My husband called him again mid-afternoon to see what the status was; there was no answer and no response to the message we left. That was last week. Your website looks great and your work seems wonderful. But if you waste people's time like this, it's just a non-starter.
