Greg and crew came recommended to me. He initially responded quickly with a great quote - well below the other 3 I obtained, however, when it came time to scheduling things became an issue due to lack of responding. Timing took several months for him to get back to me with a date to get the work done. I eventually made it "in the books" twice, however, he no-showed both times and did not respond to text or call (I could see that he read my texts day of). The second booking, he actually blocked my number when I attempted to call the day of to clarify timing/logistics. I unfortunately ended up burning 2 PTO days to be around to entertain the kids while the yard was off limits. Maybe he under quoted and didn't want to do the work? Anyways, proceed caution and low expectations. I ended up going with a different tree service who were easy to work with and great communicators. read more

We paid Greg for a job he said he would come back and finish. Not cheap! But we trusted him. Big mistake! He never finished the job and we can't get in touch with him. He's not returning our calls. Great service every time. My wife and I bought a house last summer and the back yard was full of overgrown trees. We cut down what we could but needed a professional for the rest. Greg and his guys were responsive and had the best price by far. Not only are they fast and affordable, but they do incredible work and take very good care of my property. They were also able to help me out by removing all of the debris and branches from the trees I cut down by myself. It can be a challenge to find a tree service that will return calls and provide great service, but that is never a problem when I have worked with Greg. I have recommended him to all of my friends and family and they've had the exact same experience. Before you pay an arm and a leg to one of the larger tree service companies for slower service, do yourself a favor and give Greg a call. read more

The work there work they did was great. We had 1 Pin Oak and 3 Maples tried. Gregg men never stop working even when he was not there. His people were nice and when I ask to do something else to do exter no problem. Property was left clean and they did more then they needed to make the job right. Best job you could ask for. Greg came out and trimmed a large cork tree, a Japanese maple, and a lilac. He and his crew were fast and left the yard very clean.

I had a large oak, 2 pines and a maple removed including stump grinding. They arrived on time at 7:30, finished before 4:00 and my yard is cleaner now than before they started! I don't think they took a lunch break. HIGHLY recommend them, their price was so much less than anyone else. I will use him again and again. read more

I don't usually write negative reviews but when someone hangs up on you, my rules change. I called this company to come out to my house for 2-trees that needed pruning. The man (Greg) stated that he was in his van and to leave a message on the website and they would get right back to me. 24-hrs. later, after NO ONE got back to me, I called back. The man stated that "he was just going to call me".....ok, fine. He stated that he would be out later in the week to give me an estimate...I had to call yet again....I finally got him to show up and he stated a price and that he would be out the following week to do the work. His quote to trim a few trees seemed high but I needed it done. I stated that he please call me before hand so that I could arrange to be here at that time. A week passes and NO CALL. I again had to call to find out if and when he was planning to come. He states "I was going to come tomorrow to do the pruning". I asked why he did not call and let me know and he stated that I had told him that I was off a few days. I stated that I didn't plan on being in the house for 24-hrs a day and that a call would have been helpful. Well, to make a longer story shorter, he asked if I still wanted the trees pruned and I told him that I didn't have a lot of confidence in him based on his less than prompt pre-work attitude and HE HUNG UP ON ME!........ No apologies.... just a click on the other end of the phone. I used to work in customer service and YOU NEVER hang up on a potential customer. Stay far away from this company. This is a 100% accurate review. UPDATE: (After he hung up on me I called another company and they called me back within the hour and were at my house in 45-minutes to give me an estimate and was less than 1/2 of this rude company's estimate!....I guess I should thank him for saving me money in the end). read more

WARNING: if you don't have a huge tree to cut down Gregg will tell you what you want to hear just to make a good impression while he comes to the property to give you an estimate!!! The idiot told me he would be at my house the next day, and never showed up or called. I called him on Monday asking what happened, and he stated I'm sorry I'll come Tomorrow. And, blew me off again!!! Also, I mentioned that I would be paying cash and the loser suggested I hide $200 cash somewhere on my property in case i wasn't home when he came. Because I mentioned to him that I might be running errands. What????? Absolutely didn't build any trust or rapport with the client. Communication means everything to the client!!!! If he would have told me he was a little busy I'll try to get to you this week or next. I wouldn't be sitting here writing this negative review. Like I said if you don't have a 1000 dollar job that needs done he will forget about you! read more

This company is a joke. They schedule appointments and don't show or call to reschedule. I have tried several times to have them come out to give me a quote to have some trees trimmed but no luck. I left messages on the schedule system and no response. I even spoke with Greg and he said he would be out latter that afternoon or evening. He never showed or called to cancel. Frustrating! I called another company (Nassar Tree Care) and they scheduled an appointment and have already sent me insurance certs. read more
