Timing took several months for him to get back to me with a date to get the work done. I eventually made it "in the books" twice, however, he no-showed both times and did not respond to text or call (I could see that he read my texts day of). The second booking, he actually blocked my number when I attempted to call the day of to clarify timing/logistics. I unfortunately ended up burning 2 PTO days to be around to entertain the kids while the yard was off limits. Maybe he under quoted and didn't want to do the work? I will say for positives they did show up promptly to the agreed time. That's about it. The request…read morewas for them to prune two trees on my property. Based on the quote I received it looked like they would do both sides of the trees and get it pretty far from the house. The crew however did not deliver they barely trimmed the tree away from the house. Any branches that fell to the ground they picked up but they left debris on my roof with no intention of cleaning it up. Upon complaint of the half worked job they did reduce the cost but told my I would still have to pay full price if I wanted them to come fix the job they did not do right the first time. The initial quote was expensive and they did come down a decent amount upon complaint but it's a hassle I would rather not have to engage in with a contractor.

Axeman gave us an estimate over the phone based off of pictures. Once we decided to go with them, they got it taken care of right away. Everyone that we interacted with was pleasant and professional.
