I was not in an emergency but was hopeful to get the tree removed sooner than later. Tripoli's crew stopped by a week later. We had a third of our tree split off and fall into our fence & parking spot after a storm hit. Gerald came and removed all of the fallen branches, and took down any others still attached to the tree that were unsafe. Although we had originally talked about removing the entire tree, Gerald did a risk assessment and determined that we could keep it up if we 'cable wrapped it' (don't quote me, I'm not the expert) or he could take down the rest. Even though if we chose the first option, he wouldn't get paid for the additional work of taking it down! We are still deciding whether we'll take it down or leave it up, but we will not hesitate to reach out to Gerald if we need more work done! His prices were very fair and the quality of the work was great. Would recommend! Also just a great guy and fun to chat with!
