Review update!! Due to false accusations from the owners Melinda and Bo! They wait 8 months to reply with LIES!!! I took these machines to a reputable company to have them looked at. The owner there knows Melinda and Bo very well. When I told him how and what they did he Smirked and replied "I'm NOT surprised! That sounds exactly like BO Hashaw." They thought they could put the blame of the machine failures on me and my lack of knowledge about electrical circuitry but guess what, they couldn't be more wrong!! Its funny how people can make up lies when they don't know your background!! I have a degree in Electrical Engineering where I've utilized my exceptional skills and knowledge in multiple million dollar projects. With multiple fortune 500 companies... I laugh at your lies Melinda!! She said I didn't know how to utilize the P.O.S machine!! I can design those simple electrical circuits blindfolded from the motor down to the capacitor and switches. I bet they wish they knew a little more about me before they spit out those lies about my lack of electrical competence.. They both knew me because I purchased a working Grindmaster 3311 from them before (in 2015) and they shared their (Melinda and her Husband, Bo's) story on how they started this janky ass business.. You know me because we've had a conversation only when I purchased machines (1 in 2015 and 2 in 2019) from you. Why wouldn't remember the names of people I'm handing over $5000 in cash to!?!? You sound ignorant! There is no way around the fact that y'all scammed me and you didn't make it right!! Its odd how you rent out these exact model machines with the exact extension cords you claim shouldn't be used. I guess the current flows better when Melinda and Bo plug the cords in compared to when I do it. You must be a genius to be able to tell the length of a coiled extension cord from a photo. All of this could've been easily avoid if you weren't trying to make a quick buck. I tried to buy brand new! I tried to buy different brands and I TRUSTED and accepted your advice when you kept insisting that I buy those Crappy machines instead of the grindmaster 3311 I contacted you for. In the end the reputatable company I went to found that the compressors were bad. He's word were "they were bad from the beginning, this didn't happen overnight!!" Those were the words of a license refrigeration expert! When they tried to get the compressors replaced under warranty he came back to me and said I would have to pay out of pocket because Donper & Margarita Xpress said the Warranty have been voided. I even find it more odd that we ran the exact same Donper machines with my extension cords after they were professionally repaired and get this; THEY WORKED!!! Rented two machines for two weeks from them. They delivered and setup on time and picked up on time after the event was over. Owner Melinda is sweet as can be and very responsive to email communication. We were able to rent the two machines at a very reasonable price. I would recommend renting from this company any day and I'll be using them again for future events! read more
