From the very beginning, Jeanine was so much more than a mortgage broker, she became a trusted guide through every step of the process. No question was ever too small. She patiently explained things I didn't understand, kept me informed every step of the way, and somehow made a very complex process feel manageable and even possible. Whenever a new document, underwriting request, insurance issue, or unexpected question came up, Jeanine was there with calm reassurance, knowledge, and practical solutions. What impressed me most was how deeply she cared. I never felt like just another client. We hired Rick to sell our home and Shelby to represent us to buy a home and they went above and beyond, which to them is probably just "doing their job" but to us as the clients, the process can be scary. We hit a snag in the process with our initial buyer having to pull out of contract for medical reasons, We were terrified to say the least! We were already in contract to buy another home! But both Rick and Shelby assured us that things would work out, always keeping calm and letting us know they had a plan A, B, C & if needed a plan D! It all came together and we closed on the sell of our home and closed on the purchase of another home all within 24hours from eachother! Who does that!?!? :) Rick never once made us feel alone going through this process and that's what i appreciated the most! always answering our calls and texts- we had conference calls at least once a week, what he likes to call "Monday check-ins" and we totally appreciated that! Shelby always took the time to check in with us, sending us endless listing, once we found our "dream home" she worked relentless and remained cool and calm the whole time! I probably texted Shelby over 500 times during this process and she responded each and every time with confidence and professionalism! Thank you Shelby, you Rock! Delta Lending is a fantastic company and they deserve the very highest recommendation. I was…read morecompletely blown away by the level of excellent service I received and how quickly our loan was completed. I have finally found a local company I can trust with all of my real estate financing needs. I even referred my parents to Delta Lending because of the excellent service I received from Mark DiMercurio. Background: We had a very long and unpleasant experience working directly with a loan officer at a large bank and Mark was able to get a loan approved when we were denied by the bank. Pros: Mark listens, treats you like a valued client, he will tell you if the financing is in your best interest or if you should wait until a later date. He is upfront, extremely knowledgeable and very responsive. He got us a lower rate than expected, which will save us thousands of dollars over the next several years. He anticipated every issue and walked us smoothly through the process. I was also extremely impressed with Delta Lending's online document management system and its ease of use. Also, the scheduling and turnaround time on the appraisal was impressive. Cons: I did not encounter one problem during the entire refinance process and that is saying something about the integrity of this company. If you are looking to obtain a home loan or refinance and you want to work with somebody honest and with integrity that will not waste your time or your money call Mark DiMercurio at Delta Lending. His dedication to his work is unrivaled. He knows how to get the job done right. I highly recommend Delta Lending, they will not only save you a lot of money, but also valuable time and energy. Overall it was a great experience; I will not hesitate to work with Mark and his team again in the future.

Renae has been fantastic!…read more Let me give you the backstory, I'm a very busy realtor and of course I have the opportunity to work with many lenders, some are really good like Renae and some well we won't talk about the others. I was the listing agent on a property that had buyers declined on their loan. Renae entered the transaction and saved the deal & the day! This sale would have fallen through creating heartache and loss of money for the buyers as well as loss of time for the sellers. Renae was very efficient, professional and prompt. She immediately evaluated the file, and managed to keep the timeline on track. She cooperated with my clients lender to make sure everyone was on the same page and we had full disclosure thereby creating a team environment which led to success. What makes a good lender? Someone that is experienced, has a skilled eye, patient and persistent. When a client comes to me and anticipates that our work together will result in homeownership-the lender is the most important factor in that equation. If the money doesn't show up as expected and needed the rest doesn't matter. I can highly recommend Renae and look forward to our next opportunity to work together! Experience, reputation, ethics, they all matter! Choose wisely we're not all the same.

He was one of the best in getting the whole process of obtaining a loan, following through and making sure all t's are crossed and all the i's dotted. He was very easy to communicate with and he was always keeping us abreast in every phase. He returns phone calls and emails promptly, which in our opinion, should garner above a five star rating. We would highly recommend Dan to anyone who is looking to work with someone at Wells Fargo in obtaining a home loan. He basically makes it hassle free. All you have to do is provide the required information and it's auto pilot all the way to signing. Thanks Dan for everything. Sammy and Linda Torres Antioch, Ca. 94509

We came here at the beginning of our first time home buying process, we had no trouble getting pre-approved for our first loan. A few months later we had updated (higher) income, we resubmitted paperwork proving income and received a higher pre-approval letter. Whenever we had questions about our FHA loan or FHA approval on a particular property Dan couldn't answer them, and was not inclined to find out the answers. After months of searching we finally got into contract on a home, now that we were in contract Dan was seemingly more interested in helping us..however even though the home we were in contract on was significantly under our pre-approval budget in fact significantly less than our original pre-approved budget they were unable to back up their pre-approval offer and provide us a loan. We have good credit, our income was verified, we met all the qualifications for the loan, nothing had changed and yet here we are in contract and we are declined..We immediately contacted another lender who told us both Wells Fargo and BofA are infamous for issuing pre-approvals and then not backing them up with a loan and that they end up with these applications all the time and see them funded. The bright end to our story, is we got our loan, and we got our house..but no thanks to Wells Fargo. Save yourself the time, the headaches, the stress, the heartache, and the hard credit pulls and don't go to Wells Fargo! I recommend Zack Cooper at RPM!
