Such a disgusting human Jeane is. Didn't even let me finish speaking as I was telling her my story…read moreabout my mini that I rescued. Instead of educating me, as I didn't know it was not ok to get on a mini, my son is 1 1/2, my son does not ride him all the time. He got on him a few times. The person I got him from broke him and rode him all the time. I'm assuming she thought we rode him which is not the case. He is a pet like our dog and grazes out. For her to scold me as she did and didn't even hear what I was saying and hung up on me, is very disrespectful. Definitely a crazy person. I foster, volunteer and take very good care of all my animals. Thankfully, I'm able to get a mini from somewhere else that needs a good home. I was trying to do it here so they can have a good life, but obviously this person has major issues and this is the type of person that goes crazy on someone for no reason. My mini is so well taken care of, loved and is a family member. Psychopath didn't even let me finish speaking. Response to Jeanie's lies: I absolutely did not try to educate you that it was OK to ride a small horse like that . You sound ignorant. "I tried to educate you" The fact that you're lying is very disturbing. To make it very clear again we do not ride him, I specifically said he came from a situation where he was ridden all the time, they broke him to ride and they stopped caring about him. Now he is a pet. Not mad at all you don't want to adopt to me, I have plenty of options. What is irritating to me is that you yelled at me and hung up on me. I am a grown woman and you sound like an older woman. But your behavior is that of a child. You started screaming at me and hung up on me. I was trying to talk and you were talking over me. You heard what you wanted to hear. No wonder you have so many minis in your care. It's hard to deal with you. We're fine with not adopting from you. We have an appointment to see another mini today. Learn to listen. To accuse me of abuse is defamation of character. Update: So happy we purchased a momma mini and her baby boy.

First time I called for the results, I was promised a return call. Nothing. Second time I called, I was informed the office was closed for four days due to fumigation. Third time I called, I was told they'd "email me the results." Lol. Really? Can you email me a vet to explain them as well? I heard nothing for the rest of the day. Exasperated, I went to the office in person the next day. I asked for an office manager & spoke to Holly. She assured me, she'd call me herself. A few hours later, she did. My cat had a UTI. I was so angry. He went more than a week with an untreated UTI because the office couldn't be bothered with calling & getting us set up with antibiotics. Usually, we all think that if you don't hear from the vet, the test results were perfectly fine. I assumed this as well but still wanted confirmation. If I hadn't pushed this, no one would have called & my cats UTI most likely would have escalated into something much worse like blockages or kidney failure. As it was, he was in pain all this time & I didn't know. This veterinary office had always been good up to this point but they seriously dropped the ball with this one & it's unacceptable. I'm pulling my two cats & going elsewhere. If you think I'm pissed off now, imagine how angry I would have been had I lost my sweet boy. For nearly two years now, Brian has been an invaluable partner in my journey with not just one, but two service dogs--my fully trained service dog and my current service dog in training. What sets Brian apart is his profound expertise and his unwavering honesty. He has an incredible gift for assessing a dog's natural aptitude for service work, and he's not afraid to give an honest, professional opinion about a dog's prospects. This kind of integrity is crucial for any handler. Beyond his technical skill, Brian has been instrumental in building my confidence as a handler. He has an encouraging, clear teaching style that empowers you to trust your own abilities and form an even stronger bond with your dog. If you're looking for a dedicated, honest, and truly skilled professional to guide you through service dog training or any other training needs, I cannot recommend Brian and Temecula Best Friends Dog Training highly enough.

I love his positive methods for training and it is all very easy to learn and implement. He listened to our specific concerns and needs and gave good advice and focused training. We feel like we are set up for success in having a really well behaved dog and are more confident in our ability to continue training. We paid for the 6 lessons and feel the cost was completely worth it. I also saw that Brian offers dog sitting through his website and I would 100% trust him to look after my pup. He really has a special love for dogs and you can tell that dogs feel the same way about him.

I do want to point out, Not all dog trainers are the same. we took our young German shepherd somewhere else and they scared him/spooked him with us in the room. Heck they scared me too. We left and booked our appointment with Sean like we should have to begin with. Sean worked with that same dog, a male German shepherd that was extremely anxious on walks. We are continuing to follow Sean's advice to calm him but I think it's going to take some time as he has separation anxiety. We know to work with Sean and highly recommend him.
