I tried the Prensado de Cochinillo "Bon Estar 50" which is Roasted Suckling Pig. Paletina de Codero Asada a Baja Tempuratura, Roast Shoulder of Lamb was nice and tender. As always, the Tiramisu dessert is a highlight. It comes in a jar, and so rich and creamy! It was the size of an airplane meal so why it too that long is a mystery to me. The sangria was very nice! But after ordering a second round we had to wait quite a bit for a simple drink (just pour it from a jug and bring it over). We were actually rather surprised that it even arrived before we decided it was time to move on. They have a small menu so you'd expect the food quality to be very consistent and the wait wouldn't be too long. Neither were the case. There were no abnormalities to account for the long waits, like extremely busy (only four tables occupied).
