After that cancellation, she went completely silent for over a week. I had to personally follow up just to receive a generic, automated rejection template. Having worked in recruiting myself (including at Express Employment Professionals), I found the lack of transparency and the last-minute cancellation to be incredibly unprofessional. If you are a passive candidate, be wary of your time being wasted here.
