I must say that there is no better grocery store or grocery chain in the country than Heinen's. Ok, Sunset Grocery Stores in Highland Park, IL, and Straubs in St. Louis are a close second. But Heinens reigns supreme. Selection They have a diverse selection of brands of every kind and type so you can choose exactly what you need. Heinens also has a variety of foods, except their downtown location. Even though their stores are huge, it's always easy to find someone to point you in the right direction. Other stores may have people on the floor, but they have no idea what they have or where things are. This store is the perfect size to get exactly what you need and zoom in and out. They have INCREDIBLE prepared foods if you're in a hurry to eat, from meatloaf to meatballs, salads, and spreads. Just incredible. Heinens has an incredible wine selection and they even carry Mexican Coke, which is all I can drink now. They're bakery is awesome too. It isn't that typical in-store bakery with the weird aftertaste of preservatives. It's good enough to be a stand-alone bakery. Their produce is expansive and fresh. I'm beginning to think, if they don't have it, you really don't need it!

My experience with the sales representative and their manager was incredibly frustrating, characterized by what I can only describe as either gross incompetence or intentional deception. ​Several major issues occurred during the sign-up process: ​Pricing Misrepresentation: The quotes I was given included discounts that they should have known I was not eligible for based on the information I provided. The final "deal" they presented was based on inaccurate math. ​Contact Info Sabotage: While the information I reviewed on their screen was correct, the data that actually reached AT&T had "slight adjustments" to my email and phone number. This created a massive hurdle for me to even access my own account in the following days. ​Time Sink: I had to spend hours on the phone and visit a corporate AT&T store just to undo the mess created at this kiosk. ​It is genuinely anxiety-inducing to provide personal information to people who handle it with such a lack of integrity. If you are looking for fiber service, go directly through the corporate office or the website--do not trust the third-party team at this location. It took significant effort to fix their mistakes, and for a more vulnerable customer, this could have been a financial and administrative nightmare.

I have all good things to say about this Target and nothing negative. Besides the prices for groceries being too high (this is why I go to Aldi), I love their home furnishings section. I can find frames to decorate my apartment, bath towels, kitchen utensils, etc. Their clothing section is great too with a good amount of items in the sales section. Someone recently told me about the Cartwheel app which gives you discounts/coupons for items all over the store. Download the app if you want to save money while shopping at Target. P.S. There is a Starbucks inside which is cool for all you coffee drinkers. I've been to the Starbucks about twice to buy snacks and service was quick. The store was an absolute mess - clothes were scattered all over the floor, with racks looking half-empty and unorganized. The problem wasn't just in one area, it was all over the place. Clothes just laying on the floor or scattered on shelves. Shoes fallen off shelves and scattered on the floor. Dresses that were hanging were very wrinkled. It felt like walking through a clearance sale after a stampede. I have never seen anything like this at any Target or really any store. It discouraged me from buying any clothes because I wasn't confident that I wouldn't wear something laying on the floor for days. I stopped by the sales area at the front of the store and was looking at pickleball themed accessories. Then I noticed some motion around me. That was an employee who threw a bandana back into its box right in front of my face. That was seriously strange. In general, it felt like the employees at the store were exhausted and discouraged. To make matters worse, the floral section was just sad. Out of all days on Mother's Day. Most of the flowers were wilted, with some bouquets looking like they'd been left out for days past their prime. Few good observations about the store. The store had really cute weekend bags. Very cute fall-like colors, all sizes. At the front of the store there is a pretty extensive Cleveland and Ohio Sports section. You can find t-shirts, baby clothes, and other fun stuff. I usually count on Target for a clean, well-stocked shopping experience, but this location clearly isn't being managed properly. It gave off a neglected vibe that made me want to leave rather than browse. Hoping this was just an off day, but based on what I saw, it might be a pattern.

Personally, I just needed gloves for cleaning but was absolutely distracted by velvet pumpkins (no one would know they're from the Dollar Tree). STORE: The store is located in a plaza with plenty of parking. It's very close to the Whole Foods in case you're in the shopping mood. The interior is pretty outdated and dirty considering the nicer suburb location. Only a few boxes obstruct the aisles. The inventory is pretty impressive and well organized. Most things are $1.50 with a few aisles of $5 stuff. SERVICE: The service is mixed like the holidays. One of the checkout associates was incredibly nice and polite. Another trailed me through the entire store which was peculiar. I'm unlikely to return to the store. I wasn't pleased with being followed by an associate throughout the store. If you want a quick shopping experience and find value important, this might be a good location to shop.
