I have a Walgreens and a CVS, both just a stone's throw from my house. Over the years I have…read morefrequented both. Walgreens is one stoplight closer so I used to use them as my default drug store... note: used to. Unfortunately, they have been having a problem keeping satisfactory inventory on their shelves. As often as not, I can't find what I'm looking for there. For example: the other day I needed a simple tube of Clearasil. That product has been on the market over 50 years. It should be available almost everywhere. Did Walgreens have it, or even anything similar, no... unbelievable and frustrating. In their defense, I also wanted my yearly flu shot. The pharmacy was able to take me immediately... big thank you. So, sometimes they are good and sometimes they are aggravating. So I still go there periodically.

This CVS/pharmacy location is convenient if you are staying at the Courtyard Marriott Willoughby -…read moreas it is just a couple of doors down from the hotel. I stopped in to see if they had a single serving bottles of tomato juice or V-8 juice for next morning to go with my vitamins and medications. Of course they did not - seems to be a theme in Ohio - I could not find this size beverage at most of the drug stores I visited - one out of five carried what I was looking for. I ended up buying the large bottle of V-8, sticking it in the mini-fridge in my hotel room overnight, drinking what I needed, and leaving the rest behind - which I hate doing as it is wasteful. I also picked up some toothpaste here. Service at the register was prompt.

I seriously have never met a cranky employee here! I stopped in after an incredibly stressful week at work and I can definitely admit to being spazzy. I had misread the deals for the week and ordered something thinking it was on sale that day but it was really the next day. They were quick to inform me if I could afford to wait a day it would be a wayyyy better deal, like a store actually informing you of a sale?? That's amazing. When I explained I was swamped at work and wouldn't be able to stop by back in for a couple weeks, they were compassionate, offering an empathic ear and reassuring me that it'll work out and reminding me that I can only internalize so much. It was like the hug I needed after a rough week. I want to hug those amazing women for being so supportive! I know some people consider it expensive, but I'd rather spend my money with people who care about well-being, they make sure you what you truly need! I love this place for their staff, I cannot say enough good things!

I went to the money store to put money on my one card, no one was there! Then I find out she's standing at the front of the store watching the registers because apparently a bunch of employees went on lunch. I just walked out. I tried to place an order on the app for pick up, half of the stuff I wanted was out of stock and would be shipped to me at a later date. I was thinking okay, at least the main things I wanted I could pick up were there, so I go to check out, I enter my pin, which has been the same for years, and it said I entered the wrong pin. It did that two more times, then it said I can't use my card for 24 hours! I just canceled the whole order and went to another store.
