Their coupon system is the worst. You have to go online and join. It took me 10 minutes and then it said they were having issues. I had received a coupon on my receipt from a previous purchase, when I tried to use it, she said it would be applied to my next purchase. What a scam. I am never going back. read more

The pharmacy is a total wreck! They never have my prescriptions in stock. The pharmacy staff is hot and cold. Once in a while, they're really nice. Other times, it feels as if you are infringing on their social hour behind the pharmacy counter. Then they get downright rude. God forbid you need to talk to a pharmacist. They act as if you are committing an unpardonable sin. Not warm and fuzzy like the tv ads. My last trip to the pharmacy involved a half hour wait only to find out that my medication was out of stock, hello?! Coulda told me that so I wouldn't be sitting there waiting for nothing. I'm stuck with Walgreens because of my insurance. Too bad I had to change from CVS. Never had a problem there. I seriously suggest avoiding this pharmacy if you can. The shelves are pretty well stocked and the employees are nice. Sometimes they are a little slow, but that's the biggest downfall.

my daughter returned a christmas gift unfortunately because it was over 30 days they would not give her the cash. I went back in to speak with Diane the manager and explained this gift was just given to her on christmas and asked if she could make an exception, her snotty "if I do it for you I have to do it for everyone" response was totally unprofessional--it was $32--too bad Walgreens managers do not understand the importance of customer service because of that $32-- they have lost much more than that as i will never go back and neither will my family read more
