Dr. Malhotra performed the lift, neck, lower eye (got rid of the bags!) and the laser procedure on me several months ago. As I think back, I would tell anyone it was absolutely a "piece of cake!" I could not be more pleased with the entire experience from the consultation to the final visit! Dr. Malhotra is not only a skilled surgeon, she is a kind and caring person...one who is immediately available after surgery for any and all concerns. All I can do is tell you about my experience and whether you take it to heart or not, is up to you. But I would not recommend this place at all. I was very unhappy with my sagging eye lids and wanted nothing more in the world then to get them fixed. I was drew in my Dr. Malhotra with a groupon offer to affordability get them fixed. I knew after a couple weeks after surgery that they didn't look right. I went into her for a checkup and complained of the skin tags I was developing on my scars. She removed them with a knife and I thought my left eye still being saggy would now heal properly and waited a little more. I went in to see her again and told her there was no different in my left eye but my right was fine. Since I just had botox, she said she would fix it in 4 months. After thinking that amount of time over, I again made an appointment. This time she said she would bring in pictutes from when I had it done. This time she said I didn't have enough skin to do it as one eye was worse than the other. Duhhh, why did she think I had this procedure done! To get my eye lids fixed so one wasn't sagging! She is super nice as long as you do not complain. If you do, she turns her back on you. Don't do what I did. I now have to have surgery done with another doctor to fix what she wouldn't. read more
