I went here because my tile guy said they're the cheapest in the area…read more I disagreed and said the tile store in Fort Myers was, but this is closer and he would pick up the order for me. I couldn't with my SUV. Made sense. The store doesn't deliver. Bought over $1225.00 of tiles for our MBR. Gave her the square footage of the room and said I don't mind two extra boxes to keep but no more than that. She said I needed what came to 32 boxes. Wound up getting NINE boxes over. But first, When I brought in a tile to see if they had the same as the one I had on me from Floor Decor in Fort Myers that was 50 cents less, she said that's marble not ceramic like theirs. I disagreed and said this is the same as one of yours here. But because of the convenience we bought the 32 boxes at $3.29 a tile. instead of Fort Myers at $2.79 a tile. And she WAS wrong about it being marble. She wanted the sale. My tile guy picked up the order and after tiling the room, (we had gotten rid of the wall to wall carpeting) there were NINE boxes left over. They have a restocking fee which I tried to avoid.......now the job is done. I kept 3 boxes and returned the six boxes at $38 a box. They were charging me to put it back on the shelf. It was either $60 or $100 something. A lot of double talk from the salesperson. I wanted to speak to the manager because the woman helping me WASN'T helping me and didn't understand me??? 20 minutes later the manager showed up and pointed to the restocking clause in the receipt. I said I saw that but my question is why after spending over $1200, and your mistake of ordering more than what I needed, I'm now charged just to put these boxes back on the shelf? He actually said we ordered a percentage more than what is needed. Made no sense. They ordered 96 sq ft more of tile to the order. Said that's what they do. And "I" have to now pay them for that stupid calculation and I'm just one customer being charged to bring it back. Times that by a thousand customers. This is shady and didn't like the practice. That's how they make extra bucks. But after 10 minutes of getting nowhere, we left. Will never do business with them again and needed for you to be aware of what they do. After posting this here I went on Facebook and posted this review on their page there and found LOTS of customers like me who got screwed with this overcharge of square footage and return policy.
