My husband and I love Marco's Pizza , however, I ordered a large pizza with everything and 10 wings, and the bill was $57.00 That is absolutely insane! Even if you consider $15 for the wings (which is still too much) and $25 for the pizza which again is too much, the total would be $40 before tax. But $57 dollars ??? Talk about being thieves. I canceled my order and will never order from Marco's again. read more

This counter service place serves acceptable pizza. There's nothing really exceptional about it, but it's fine. The best was the cauliflower crust garden pizza, which didn't have much in the way of sauce, but had a nice collection of vegetables. The thin crust pepperoni pizza was cut into squares Tavern style, which I like. There's really no atmosphere, but they did bring the pizza to the table when it was ready. read more

We go to Marcos A LOT, and typically order a large pizza with old world pepperoni, and mushrooms, with garlic crust. It's generally good. Recently, we have been trying to eat less bread, so we have opted for the bowls. After going to Marcos for nearly three years, I felt inclined to leave a review based on my last few experiences. I don't know if they are having a food shortage, or if quality just went down overall, but the bowls are trash. The first one I got, actually seemed like they prepared it separately from the pizza. The second and third times we received bowls that were 5 inches deep, with less than a half of an increase of food. You could literally pick up the layer of meat and cheese and a sheet of paper would be thicker. It was almost as if they took the toppings from a pizza that someone no longer wanted, shaped it to the bowl, then put it in. Topping it with half cooked, slimy mushrooms. The Philly wasn't any better, and the next day we are seriously considering going somewhere else. It didn't even taste good. So we are either going to opt to eat pizza, or just avoid. read more

I love this Marcos pizza. I live close by and order from this location frequently. Today I placed an order online that wasn't my usual. When I got to the store and was shown my pizza I admitted that I had messed up my order and nicely asked if there was any way it could be fixed. Not only did they remake my order the way I wanted, they were so INCREDIBLY nice about it. The large thin crust garden pizza (no onion and olives add pepper and spinach) I ordered was DELICIOUS. They are always so friendly here but today they went above and beyond. Huge shout out to christoph for amazing customer service. I ordered a pizza with 3 toppings. Everything is cut so small and the meat crumbled so tiny, you can barely taste it. There was a large boarder of crust with nothing on it. I would rather pay more money and have a generous amount of toppings that I can see and taste. It was a big disappointment. read more

The pizza is the family favorite and delivery is always great. BUT, save yourself the hassle of dining in or take out. It's a shame too because the restaurant atmosphere has the potential to be a really great experience, but falls short each time we've tried. Service is subpar inside. We watched several people get frustrated during our time there. Can't blame them when it takes longer to get your food when your sitting at a table then delivered to the door. We order pizza here far more often than we should, but it really beats out all of the other pizza locations around us. I can order online, leave the house and by the time I get there it is ready. The only exception to that is around big game days like the Super Bowl. Cost is up there but so is the quality. We always order online and our account regularly gets coupon codes on it that offset the cost. Sometimes you luck out and really stack codes for a big savings. read more

I don't know what has changed but when I got home I did not get what I ordered. When I called to see what happened they had written it down wrong. They know my order history when I have called in the past. I tried to find out what happens next and just got silence. I'm not use to paying for something that I didn't order. so I will wait a whole year before I go back. maybe they can figure out what buttons to push on the order screen. read more

The owners of this restaurant welcomed me with open arms when I asked if someone could host my book signing a couple months back. They gave me an amazing, beautiful, clean space to have my guests (which was well over 25). They were gracious and provided my guests and I with an amazing experience. I would recommend them to anyone. They advertised for me on their site and invited people to come. I was so excited to see that a business cared about their community in such a way. The food was phenomenal and everything was made fresh. They have my vote, not just for that day, but for life! read more

We've been ordering from this location weekly for a few years and loved their pizza, until today. Apparently "corporate" decided to change the cheese blend. The pizza we got today tasted awful. There were 7 of us and 6 of us noticed the taste change and it was not for the better. We will be ordering from a different pizza place next week. Very disappointing. Once I screwed up my order while ordering online and the manager was so helpful in correcting my order. Marcos is good about sending out coupons often. The pizza is fine. The added flavor options for the crust is good. The cheesy bread doesn't have enough cheese, so it tastes like breadsticks (good breadsticks). Just don't expect a Papa John's Cheesy Bread. The meatball bake is really good, but a little overpriced. They used to give you a larger portion; now it's a smaller portion for the same price. The employees and owner are always super nice and upbeat every time we go in. read more

My whole family eats at this location and LOVES the pizza. Super cheesy, the kind of cheesy that you cant get the cheese to stop!!! My daughter would eat a pepperoni pizza from here 3 times a day if I let her. The staff is very friendly, always smiling and greets you when you walk in. Marcos is a decent pizza joint but too pricey for a chain. For the prices they are charging I can go and pick up a great pizza from a local mom and pop spot. Not slighting Marcos, just saying they are a bit pricey for a chain pizza place. I also have to wonder about over 10 5 star reviews within 24 hours. Either they were giving away free pizza or they solicted for the complementary (or had a friend or family member to it) reviews because of a bad review. Poor business strategy, it's dishonest. read more

Truly a standout business. The inside of the restaurant is impeccable, tasteful and modern theme. The pizza is actually surprisingly delicious. Normally pizza chains Pizza is just meh. Not Marco's Pizza! Their pizza and their sides are absolutely delicious. Additionally the staff is super friendly, kind, and super professional. Scheduled delivery was made on time with the correct order. Ordering online was easy. However, I wish you could edit the times once the order was place. I wish they had desserts that tasted better too. The wings were good, but just the typical wings from the freezer. Flavors for the wings were nice though. So I ordered wings and two cheese steak subs. Only place open locally. I asked for lettuce tomato and mayo on both. Neither came with lettuce. The meat had good flavor, but they do not have fried onions, or pickles, or apparently lettuce! My daughter liked the wings. The guy repeated my order three times, so I thought it would be right. I can at least say the meat has good flavor. Probably ordering elsewhere next time though just due to topping limitations on subs. read more

Such yummy n fresh pizza! We've ordered from them twice and they do not disappoint. From great customer service to quick delivery even on a busy Friday night we can't say enough about the quality and just great tasting pie. We order pizza with white sauce only with half cheese steak and half pepperoni (strange I know) and additional toppings and this has literally become our favorite pizza place. The pizza was good the service was awesome and the pizza delivery guy was on time and the guys on the phone was super friendly as hospitable on the phone I don't know if that's possible but it felt like it was and I hate to say this but one of my pizzas that I ordered had hair in itbut they replaced it thankfully but after that I would recommend it to people and I think it would be a great option for party's and you can order any pizza with any topping if you would like or get a cheese or whatever your feeling go for it! I received a card offering free food. I ordered a 12" turkey sub with No cheese tomatoes or bacon I only wanted lettuce and onion. I than asked ofr my scratch off offer and was told because I ordered 2 large 2 topping pizza's I could not get my free offer. In addition I was charged $8.99 for a sub which in the menu is listed as costing $7.99 because even though I did not wan provolone, bacon and tomatoes, only the onion and lettuce, it was considered special. Again denied the free scratch off offer. I will never step in a Marco's pizza parlor. My first and last visit. read more

Very nice per Brielle's suggestion. We shared meatballs. Very very nice flavor. My husband had the lasagna soup. Very flavorful. He also had the baked ravioli. It was overflowing with taste and was a wow moment. The garlic rolls served were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I had the blanco pizza. Sooo good. Perfect crust.
