The staff is always friendly, the store is clean, busy, and operates efficiently. The Potranco / Dugas location is by far the most consistent Marco's in my area. I've tried all three nearby stores, and this one is hands-down my favorite. Absolutely love everything about Marco's Pizza! The toppings are excellent quality, always flavorful, and 95% of the time they are very consistent. I've been a Marco's fan ever since I first tried them on the East Coast over 10 years ago. In my opinion, Marco's has the BEST Italian sausage anywhere, and the pepperoni has an awesome authentic Italian flavor too. Ironically, even though I now have a closer Marco's location, they can't deliver to me -- so I intentionally drive to this location instead of ordering from the one closer to home. Yes... they are just that good. They never skimp on toppings, they follow the order correctly, and my order is consistently right every time. Great friendly service, clean store, pizza was delicious. We ran over late from seaworld last night, trying to quickly eat, before our almost 2 hour drive home. They closed in a little more than an hour, so I was rushing our group to order telling them quick, so the staff could make our food and get to closing! The lady at the register was saying no rush, she made helpful suggestions, and was so pleasant! Even though ppl were coming in and picking pizza up, they were still fairly busy, with maybe one person and her working away. She never broke her friendly attitude. The menu screen was half blacked out and your counter person handed me a paper menu when I pointed it out. She was too busy on phone (personal call) to greet and promptly take my order. 2. The counter girl had difficulties taking my order. She repeated my order to me three times before she finally got it correct. 3. The young man at the final prep and boxing table was scruffy in appearance. His long hair hair and beard needed a hair net. First time trying this new-ish pizza place. It's been there for a couple months but first time getting around to it. At first glance driving up it didn't look busy which was nice. When we went inside though, it wasn't busy, but it had a small seating area. There were three 6-8 person booths and one four person booth. There was also one two person table along with four stools at a "bar top" near the door, best suited for people waiting for a pick up order. On to the menu, it was average price for an eat in pizza joint, comparable to Pizza Hut. Pay by the size and the number of toppings. They had a special, large 2 topping for 12.99, so we did the extra thin crust with pepperonis and mushrooms, and the garlic cheese bread. Took a minute to get a table, but we waited at the bar top until a 6-8 person booth came available. I had to bus the table because everyone working there was busy. For all the tables being packed, people at the tables were also waiting for their food. They were completing a lot of pizzas and calling out names, but it seemed they were all to go orders that weren't there yet. For as busy as they were our pizza came out faster than I thought it would. They didn't have any plates but I was able to get paper plates. Pizza tasted great! Crispy and fresh! Other than the lack of front of house service as far as busing and cleaning, it was an enjoyable experience. I was very impressed with Marcos pizza. We had received some mail coupons and decided to try them. I am glad we did. We ordered the extra large with pepperoni and mushroom. What I really liked was that they cut the pieces into 20 small pieces instead of the large slices. This way I could eat and not leave some behind if I became full. The tomate sauce was very good and they did not skim on the pepperoni and mushrooms! It was loaded !! The cheezybread was amazing. It just the right mixture of butter, garlic and cheese. It comes with some extra tomato sauce and ranch dressing but it doesn't need it. We had it delivered and the driver was very courteous and friendly. The price is not bad. Marco's pizza is usually pretty good, but not this time. We order our pizza for delivery and it was delivered. Opening the box the pizza had slid over to one side and toppings had come off some of the slices and other slices were rolled up. I called and spoke to Adrian and his response was "so what do you want me to do...we're pretty busy right now". I was unsure about having another pizza delivered as he said it would be a while before we got it. So I told him to do what ever they do with messed up orders, which is apparently nothing. The first thing you notice is of course, how beautifully melted the cheese is as it peels off the other slices as you eat it. Was told the pizza would be delivered in 45 minutes. Called after an hour, and was told "he's almost there." Called several more times and was finally told the pizza was delivered. Ordered on line for delivery. We had been doing PJs but wanted to try Marco's Pizza bowl. My son says the bowl is crack in a bowl. I had the deluxe bowl and it was too much for me and great... lots of flavor and I try to avoid too much bread to keep glucose down. Is for bad customer service, I ordered delivery and the wait was way longer than I thought it would be considering I am not far from the store at all. However, one of the items I ordered didn't make it to the house. So I called the store and asked for a refund on that item. They told me they couldn't do a refund and that best they could do is just get it next time I ordered from them. I told them, it was my first time ordering and I was not going to go back.
