Once the order was placed we were informed it would take 45 mins and was kept up to date on everything and was quite happy we got our food way faster than expected. We just ordered two 6 inch sandwiches, their sandwiches used to have a lot of meat cheese and veggies. Today my meatball sub only had three small meatballs, very little sauce and like a half a piece of cheese. My spouse had an Italian sub with very little meat and veggies. OMG at last! A breadless pizza experience that is actually good!!! Guys you have to check out the breadless pizza bowls! It is like a caserole you can eat with a fork, with ingredients held together with a delicious cheese mix. I was looking for a new pizza place and came across Marco's Pizza. The guy that took our order was extremely nice and prompt with our order. Yelp had a free cheese bread offer when I checked in. I ordered a medium pepperoni and cheese pizza. Everything was looked, smelled, and tasted delicious. My kids liked everything and they're extremely picky eaters. I was a bit hesitant to stop in because of the negative reviews, but I'm glad I gave them a chance. I can't wait to come back and try some more of their menu. read more

I can't speak for any other locations, but the Binz Engleman is my grandbabies favorite place to get pizza. The pizza is always made well, hot fresh and looks like it's supposed to, it has never come under cooked or with toppings stuck to the lid. These guys are always on the ball. The location has plenty of parking to run in and grab your pizza and run out. The lot is well lit and feels safe to walk through. My favorite is the calzone with pepperoni,green olives, jalapenos and Parm all over it... Yum!! read more

An hour and 10 minutes later I was told the order was not there and that orders made thru online, orders are often sent to other locations. nobody could tell me where my order went. I drove to 2 additional locations before I fount it. employee laughed as he said this was a common occurrence. obviously the pizza was cold and rubbery. to make things worse, the order was not completed correctly. it was the wrong crust and missing toppings. Tried this pizza for the first time, let's just say I can't wait for the one to open up that will be less than 5 minutes away from my house!! This pizza was great tasting, plenty of toppings and didn't disappoint. I will be returning to this location on a regular basis until the one closer opens up next month. I ordered pizza with no cheese and had my order delivered. Cheese makes me sick and I was wondering why I was coughing so much after eating the pizza, which was slathered with pizza sauce. Love eating Marco's Pizza! It's good everytime I go. It tastes like it just came out of the oven every time, very consistent. I personally really like the crust, I look forward to eating Marco's and I don't have to wait long when I do. The pizza comes fast, especially if you get it delivered. I like how cheesy 10/10 is, the service is also very good there, I always get my food right away. Compared to other pizza places like pizza hut or little caesars marcos is always better because pizza hut and little caesars always tastes like cardboard in my opinion. Marcos always tastes fresh. In conclusion the food is fresh and hot, and the service is super fast! I highly recommend to get it for delivery because the inside is small but other then that it's great. I just placed an online order for delivery and an hour later I get a phone call from the "delivery driver" asking me for directions and telling me that he was lost. Uh for 1, my order was already an hour late, 2, I literally live 5 minutes from the damn location. To top it off, I am trying to explain to this person how to get to my house and he cannot comprehend how to get to my home which again, is FIVE minutes from the pizza place. I told him to forget it and I minus will pick it up myself. I proceed to call Marcos pizza and the phone just rang and rang. 7 calls later, someone finally answers and tells me "oh yeah I heard about that but your coming to pick it up" Umm what kind of service is that? I have been ordering from this place for the last 2 years and as some past reviews can collaborate on..Yes this place can be alil inconsistent, sometimes late on delivery(only 1 time in my experience). It happens. But this place is authentic, it is always a better choice than the main chains. Yes, this place can be alil pricey but to me worth it....2 outta the last 3 times I ordered I asked for triangle cut which can only be done with the thin crust which is what I order all the time...but those 2 times it was delivered with a square cut. One star is too generous for the disgusting Pepperoni Magnifico pizza we picked up tonight from this Marco's location. Ordered it online and picked it up curbside. Once we got it home a few minutes later, we discovered it was cold, burnt black on the bottom, had little to no sauce on it, and the cheese was a layer of translucent rubber. This was definitely NOT FRESH. It seems to have been prepared hours ago and maybe stuck under a heat lamp for some poor, unsuspecting sucker to come by to get it (unfortunately us!). Took one bite and all you could taste was the charred bottom layer of crust. Ugh! Tried to peel off pepperoni slices but they were so embedded in the rubbery cheese they wouldn't come off. It just caused the nasty layers of old pizza to separate. I've eaten day-old pizza that was fresh compared to this mess. It's been months since we last ordered pizza from here and our order was messed up then so we've been getting pizza elsewhere. We're sorry we gave them another chance tonight. Called and asked to speak to the manager and the guy who answered the phone claimed to be the shift manager. Described the problems with the inedible pizza we picked up. He was at a loss on what to do other than to tell us to bring the pizza back to them, we said no. He then got the real manager on the line who said we had to bring the pizza back before we could get a refund or a credit. The pizza was in our trash by then and we told him we were not going to drive back to their store and waste our time and gas because of their screw up. So some days I would give this 5 stars and others I would give them 1, today would be a 1. This place is so inconsistent and you take a gamble literally every time you eat here. The first time I ate here the pizza was 100% on point. I was so excited to have such an authentic pizza place close by my house. The pizza was thin, cooked perfectly and had amazing crust. The next time however, the pizza was too thick, under cooked and had too much sauce. Today is my third visit and my pizza was completely burnt, oddly cut in squares rather than slices and had no crust at all because sauce was smeared all the way to the edge. I don't think I'll be coming back and apparently my first visit was just a lucky day when they had someone in the kitchen who knew how to actually make a pizza. :( read more

We even received free Cheesy Bread for our Yelp check in which was Awesome. This was the first time I had ever placed an order with Marco's, but I had heard good things. I ordered 2 large specialty pizzas, 4 salads, an order of wings and an order of brownies (delivered) this past Saturday. I do have to the say the meats pizza was very good. And up until today, I thought everything else was tasty as well. I finally was able to get to the caesar salad today.....and halfway through it, I found a small "clump" of dark hair in it. I almost threw up. Now I feel like I have more hair stuck in my throat, since I ate almost half of it until I saw it. Since this order was delivered, I wasn't able to see if their cooks/workers wear protective head gear and/or gloves as they prepare the food. This place made an enemy tonight. You know a place is bad when you didn't even eat their food. All i wanted to do was try a new pizza joint. I called to place an order at around 10pm, first off the person sighed when they answered the phone, and didn't seem so thrilled to answer questions about the menu. I've never been here before ya know? Secondly, and this was the one that broke the camel's back, they did not want to honor the Yelp check in coupon for cheesy bread. They stated it was out of date and needs to be removed. There are no restrictions on that coupon by the way. I guess my $40 order wasn't good enough for them. It was the $5 pizza nights outside of my apartment complex that got me to try Marco's for the first time a couple of years ago. Since then, Marco's has pretty much been our go-to place for take-out pizza. Been wanting to try out their lunch buffet, just haven't gotten around to it. Their thin crust pizzas are great and always baked with fresh, quality ingredients; the baked meatball and sausage platter is so delicious, who knew meatballs and sausage could taste so good solo; and lastly, their wings and boneless chicken pieces with various dipping sauces are very tasty. The staff is always very friendly and courteous, and they continually send out emails and flyers with promos and special discounts, which is wonderful!
