Marco's is a clown show on Friday nights. Don't even think you'll get your pizza in a timely manner. We pre-ordered our pizza an hour before the requested delivery time. At the delivery time, it was still being shown as being made. When my wife called, she heard arguing in the background and someone yelled, "I'm going!" When the delivery person arrived, he said, "There were 56 orders on the screen when I left." Two lessons learned: 1. Pre-ordering for a specific time doesn't work, or even guarantee you'll get your pizza around the time you requested, and 2. Don't order from Marco's on Friday night, if at all. The pizza itself...average at best. My recommendation is to try another place in town first. read more

We ordered an XL Pepperoni Magnifico for 4 adults. The pizza was cut into 12 slices, and it was just enough to fill us up. We ordered from Uber Eats for pickup to get a discount, and unfortunately, when we arrived, the computer hadn't showed the staff that we had ordered. They immediately started our XL pizza, no questions asked (though my hubby did show them the completed & paid order on his phone just to be honest). Haines City syore 641 They was rude with me and one of the employees kick me out of the store because my 5 pounds support dog was with me. She never asked me about the papers wich I always have with me. My dog is so small, clean and dressed, she never barks to nobody and goes with me everywhere including restaurants and my doctors. It is the first time this happened to me. The attitude of the employees and the manager was horrible. New store, they need more training and knowledge of the laws in Florida. Very disappointed tonight :((( We called Marcos for two large pizzas at 7:20. They said it would be around 70 minutes until delivery, which was fine we did not mind the wait. At 9:00 we decided to call because it had then been an hour and 40 minutes since we placed our order. They said they did not have an order in under our name. This is not the first time we have had a bad experience with Marcos delivery. I understand being busy on a Friday night and my family loves Marcos pizza, but it will definitely be a while before we try ordering here again. :( read more

Got the NY style pizza with meatballs, mushrooms, and pepperoni. I've had real NY pizza and wouldn't say this was really that close, but it was a thin crust and very tasty. 5 stars for the quality of the pizza. 3 stars for the online ordering process. First time through I was given the option of ASAP, or 5:40. ASAP said it would be ready in 15 mins, so since is was around 5:00 and I wasn't able to leave work until 5:30, I selected 5:40. I got all the way through the process, to include all the credit card info, etc., and when I hit "order" I got a message 5:40 was not available. Had to hit the back button and the earliest option is now 6:00. Of course I had to re-enter all my credit card information (annoying). When I arrived at 6:05 my pizza was not ready. There were at least 10 people waiting on pizzas. The status was updated to "picked up" at 6:17, but my pizza wasn't ready. My pizza was finally ready at 6:20. I understand that Friday nights are busy, But then don't allow me to pick a time that will not be available. read more

Only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact that they are a little on the pricey side compared to the other pizza joints in town. Their staff are all friendly and efficient, their store is always clean and they even offer pizza buffet during certain hours! Their pizza and wings are both very good.
