Nothing based on the service or how good the food was an automatic 20%. No warning at all! As they were seating, another customer that server said have you been to the boathouse before and the customer said yes. So she stated you are aware of the service charge then. The customer said yes. Maybe us saying something about it is why she said that, not sure, but we were never informed and we've never had that explained to us before either.
