They could be good, but I end up with some sort of issue, EVERY SINGLE TIME, string of 4 right now. I order online with delivery and live roughly 2.5 miles away. 1st time: missing ingredients, delivery est. of 45min -- took 1.5 hours 2nd: est. 40 min -- almost 2 hours; called at an hour 'should be there any time' 3rd: screwed up "half and half" order -- again this is an online order so not a 'misunderstanding' 4th: another 40 min est. -- pizzas arrived cold at 2 hours. I know they send out coupons and 'let us know if you have issues' but what are they goin to do? Even at free, it just isn't worth the headache. read more

Hi all, Once again, I am disappointed. My pizza was not edible. Just because a pizza may look good doesn't mean it is good. I've filed a complaint with BBB, will update my Google Review. Sometimes I really enjoy the pizza at Marco's New Hope, especially in the day time, but today was not a good day. I have now thrown away $21.15. Yes, I called and asked for a refund and was denied. I was told that it's a personal taste preference, as I told the employee someone else tried it too and agreed that the pizza wasn't edible. in my opinion a taste preference is more like...I prefer Dominios sauce over Marcos as it has more basil, or the pepperoni is crunchier or saltier at Dominios than Marcos. Or I prefer Kalamata olives vs black olives...thats a preference. but when something doesn't taste fresh and the dough is doughy and you and one other person determine it's not edible that's not a preference that is more like there is something wrong and I just can't put a finger on it. My acquaintance said it left a bad after taste, As a cook and breakfast attendant (previously food service worker as well) and gone through Serv Safe training, the food wasn't edible, not a preference. Went to pick up pizza after 40 minutes. I go to check out and state my name, they look around and realize they have not even started the order at all. The dude starts kneading the dough and says we've been busy, it will be six minutes. 20 minutes and 4 customers picking up their pizzas later, it is done and ready to go. No apology, no discount, horrible. They must do better otherwise a demise is in the future surely. Get it right. read more

Marco's pizza in Shakopee, MN is the location I've been to multiple times, I've tried there pizzas salads and desserts at this location and I was never disappointed, there pizza were great and there salads were fresh, and they were always opened late. I would definitely recommend this location. read more

The pepperoni they use is better than average. And the thin crust is delightfully crispy. It's "wafer thin."

They lost my damn order, it disappeared from their system and I waited 50 minutes for a single pizza when it wasn't even busy. The person working the cash register lied and said the order was almost ready just so we would stay when in reality they just lost it. 0/10 not worth the wait. read more

I had the Chicken Fresco with grilled chicken, bacon, onions, sliced tomatoes, with three kinds of cheese. The crust is fresh tasting but too thick and soft for my taste, not crusty, and disappointingly tasteless that lacks the right amount of toppings. I couldn't find the bacon and there were only 4 thin and small slices of tomato on my medium-size pizza so it mostly crust. I don't recommend Marcos! read more

After having to wait 1/2 hour beyond the time our pizza was scheduled to be done, next time we tried using their tracking. Pizza had not been started when we arrived to pick it up, even though tracking said it was ready. After telling them we had ordered an hour ago, they gave us a pizza. Didn't open it until we got home but when we did open it, it was not what we ordered. Will not be ordering from them on Friday nights any more. My son and I love getting our pizzas from Marco's. I always come here a couple times throughout the month on nights I don't cook. I recently made an order for pick-up on 11/27/21. I walked into the store and neither one of the workers preparing the pizzas had on gloves. I watched her perfectly place the sausages on our pizza without gloves. Before she walked over to help me she wiped her hands on her pants! That's pretty sick to me. I didn't want to be rude so I paid and left. Sadly to say but I won't be returning here. Wear gloves when preparing food especially when working in an open space for customers to see. read more

I ordered a ham and cheese sub and chicken wings for delivery. Food arrived timely. The sandwich was so soggy and stuck to the tin foil wrap I could only eat the toppings. No bread was edible. I opened the box of chicken wings to find all drummies. I really only like the flats and give my partner the drummies. I called to speak with a manager to be put on hold. I gave up after 42 minutes . I paid $26 for my in order. About $7.00 was edible. Don't waste your money. I had heard such great things about Marcos Pizza. What a disappointment the Shakopee location is. read more

I ordered 5 pizzas and cheesy bread for a gathering at church tonight. I order regularly on online from Marco's and was able to submit my order today before 3:45 pm for a 6:00 pm pickup. When I arrived at Marcos tonight just after 6, I was told by the general manager that they don't have any pizzas available as a transformer blew so they have no power to their ovens. He apologized that nobody emailed or attempted to call me. Apparently his store manager was supposed to call... As I walked out the door in disbelief did he offer a refund... were they going to keep my money too? Tried for the first time. When I went to pick, nobody was helping the door dash guy get his order. One employee was visibly frustrated while raising his voice with a customer on the phone. When they helped the door dash guy they wouldn't give him a 2 liter that was appearing on his app because it wasn't on their printed receipt. Despite his protests they wouldn't give it. I got my two large pizzas but one was in a medium box. When I asked why they weren't both large they assured me they simply put one in the wrong box. Despite the fact this was obviously not true--both were medium--they insisted it was correct. On top of that, they failed to slice the pizza and the top 2+ inches all the way around was all crust. The small part of the medium pizzas that had toppings tasted ok, that's why I give 2 stars and not 1. read more

I had The opportunity to try Marco's Pizza for the first time last evening. I ordered my own combo to satisfy some of the other people sharing the pizza with me. I don't think it's the best pizza I ever had but it was not the worst. The thin crust was acceptably crunchy and the ingredients were somewhat sparse for the money. I usually like more cheese on my pizza and this didn't have as much as I would like. Overall the pizza was tasty and everybody else liked it so maybe I'm just a pizza snob. read more

We tried this for the first time and ordered (2) pizzas and cheese sticks for pick up. I drove 10 minutes to pick the order up (3 boxes), then 10 minutes home. When we opened the boxes the middle pizza box was empty ($17 pizza). I called twice and talked to (2) different people to try to resolve. The first person asked if I wanted to come back and get it or have the charge removed. I requested the charge be removed. After a few hours it looked like the charge had not been removed yet, so I called back and talked to a different person who said they would remove the charge. It's been over a week now with no credit given. I wish they had either offered to deliver it, or offered some other food for the inconvenience of having to drive back, or just removed the charge for the pizza since we did not receive it. read more

Pizza is good here! I've had delivery and carry out all in timely manner. I have had various pizzas here from adding anchovies because I'm a Ninja! To personalizing anything else to something they already have. Their Deluxe Uno is delicious because it's a good mixture of veggies and meat. I have always been happy about their pizza! I have also ordered the buffalo wings & they are juicy! What's sweet is they are connected to the movie store so you can call ahead, pick your movie then pizza! My family is huge fan of this place. Living in the location that we do, we have Jets, Frankies, Sarpinos, Sweet Taste of Italy as pizza options and Marcos has quickly rose up that list. Along with the above average pizza, the employees are really nice and Family Video works nicely as well. Overall: Solid. One of the better options. 7/10. read more

I called the first search result for pizza delivery near Robbinsdale and asked them to make a "happy birthday" pizza for my dad. I asked Sarpinos first if they could use toppings to make the pizza say "happy birthday". They said they couldn't do that for no reason other than what I'm thinking is that they're just not creative or smart or willing to apply effort beyond the minimum that their job usually requires. Next, I called Marco's pizza. They agreed to try to make words on the pizza with toppings and deliver it to my dad. They tried to fulfill my requests, they delivered it in good time, it was something less than 25$ for an XL with two toppings and delivery, and the pizza was actually pretty good. It was not the most beautiful birthday pizza message that one could imagine, but I will have to try to do this myself before i know whether or not I could do any better I have not ordered pizza in a long time. When I do, it's because I am stuck in traffic and I need to send a pizza to my family at home. This pizza is supposed to hold it down for me while I'm trying to get home. I know that the worst pizza delivery near Robbinsdale is the north Minneapolis dominoes, who messed up my order some time last year and refused to fix it in any of the ways that I asked them to. Fuck those guys. I also know that ordering Broadway pizza does not taste that great but somehow always costs more than 30$ for even a small order. I know that New Hope Sarpinos will not even try to make green peppers into words for my dad on his birthday. The people who work there don't care about my dad, so whatever they have, I don't want it. Worst experience I could imagine almost. Placed order online for delivery. For some reason was changed to pickup, called 1 hour after expected delivery time and was cursed and screamed at by employee. Would advise avoiding this disaster of a pizza joint. Try jets frankies Broadway or even dominos before this mess. read more

This is hands down my favorite pizza. I've yet to have a negative experience here. Amazing deals, great pizza, and super friendly staff. Just moved to new hope... ordered 2 different crusts on 2 different pizzas... the thin crust was awful... won't be ordering from them again.

46 minutes late and forgot a pizza sauce cup, garlic sauce and a jalapeño ranch but was still charged for it. Definitely a let down.

I placed a delivery order because I was exhausted. I ordered a salad with blue cheese dresssing and a large pizza and cheese bread. I paid $3.25 to have it delivered because I was exhausted. I tipped $9.10 on a approximate $35.00 order. I gave the driver an additional $5.00 at the door. I tip generously because the food industry has been hit so hard with the pandemic. I got in the house and checked my order. They gave me ranch dressing instead of blue cheese. I hate ranch. This is not the first time they have screwed up the salad order with ranch when I ordered blue cheese. I have always caught it because I never have it delivered to my house. I called them right away and they could not guarantee they could fix the order. I paid $3.25 for the delivery and tipped $14.10 on a $35.00 order. I waited 90 minutes and called again. They could not fix it even though I tipped generously and paid them for delivery. I drove to Marco's and told them I tip generously because of the pandemic and I was exhausted and all I wanted was someone to proof the order before they came to my home. I left with blue cheese however NEVER order food for delivery to your home. Go in a proof the order because they apparently don't and don't tip generously. They don't appear to care. read more
