The crusts are hand tossed They have pasta and pizza on the menus. The lovely scent of a pizza place hits you as you come in. The Detroit style pizza has sauce ladled all over it as it should. With lovely large hunks of ham and other meats Prices are not outrageous either I would go back even though I don't live in the area!

Unfortunately, the service at Tiffany's has clearly gone downhill. I've been a loyal customer for…read moreTiffany's for over ten years and one of my favorite recipes is the deepdish BLT pizza. Yesterday, however, they missed the mark. One of the ingredients for this pizza is mayo and whoever made this particular pizza got way overzealous with the mayo. There was so much of it on there the pizza was literally inedible. I called to have a new pizza made and the manager put a lot of emphasis on making sure I returned the original pizza to the delivery driver. I assumed that meant they wanted to see for themselves what the problem was, but in hindsight, I think they wanted to make sure I wasn't just trying to get a free pizza out of them, even though I'm a regular customer and have never called in a single complaint in ten years. The pizza they sent me to replace the original pizza wasn't any more edible than the first, unfortunately, but this time it was because they completely avoided the mayo. Instead of just following their normal recipe, they chose not to put any mayo on the pizza and instead, put mayo packets in the box, even though there was no mention by either them or me, doing things this way. This solution was unacceptable. I'm not sure if this was the manager's decision or the pizza maker's, but you cannot apply mayo on top of a pizza over the top of lettuce and tomato that also come on the pizza, without glopping it. To spread it evenly, it has to be applied prior to the topping. How or why they couldn't figure this out prior to making my follow up pizza is beyond me, but they've lost a regular, loyal customer because of it.

I was here for a committee meeting on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't busy. The service was excellent and our server checked in because I mentioned that I would place an order before leaving. The ambiance is rather rustic and casual. The theme of frogs is everywhere without being annoying. Most people in our group ordered drinks and appetizers, and the coconut shrimp appetizer looked delicious. I ordered a large vegetable pizza with extra cheese to go. It was fabulous!! I'm not sure if the garlic made a difference or whether it wzs the generous amount of vegetable toppings, but it was definitely amazing! I had been here before and had forgotten how absolutely delicious the pizza is at Frog Leg Inn. Check it out!!

I made the mistake of ordering the strawberry cupcake thing dessert. Go to pick up. No dessert. I had to inquire why no dessert. Oh we are out. Do u want to try xyz? No sir. So do u want ur money back? Well yeah. Acted like it was a chore. That charleston pizza with the cheddar cheese made it forgivable. Ordered next time a pizza n sausage. Epic fail. Sat in the fridge for 5 days. Just ordered the charleston again sub some spicy pizza sauce. It looks nothing like the first Charleston. Tastes ok but nothing special. Check my pics. The parking lot is full of pot holes so be careful and very tight parking. For $20 for a medium pizza it should be darn good to compete with the million pizza places we have here. I will be heading back to village idiot. Just better bang for ur buck n tastes the same every time

We used to go to ZaZa's at least weekly when we lived in Toledo. We recently moved back and were…read moredisappointed in the appearance, worn booths, carpeting, etc., and although one of the pizzas was fine the other was extremely oily. We had to ask for plates (paper). We had to ask for utensils (plastic), and although there was an issue with one of the pizzas, no one came by during dinner to inquire how things were. Upon leaving I asked for a refund on the oily, uneaten pizza and I was told that although no one waited on us, it was my responsibility to bring it back to the ordering counter. He refused a refund. I felt bad, we used to really enjoy Za Za's, but we will not be returning. Maybe if the two people who were working on the 14th would pay attention to the customers instead of talking non-stop to each other, maybe all the customers, including us, would have been satisfied.
