I have to be honest, we usually pass on any chain pizza joint as we would rather stick with our local favs. We took a chance and ordered on a recent Saturday night. Despite the COVID-19 carry out / delivery craziness, online ordering was easy and the pizza showed up hot and fresh in about 30 minutes. Pizza was decent, we would pass on the calzone again, but I loved the crustless pizza bowl option. It was fantastic and you don't even miss the crust. Saw their ad on tv a few times for the Pepperoni Magnifico for $9.99. Well we should have ordered from the Pizza Pizza people where we could have gotten 2 pepperoni pizza's with lots of LARGE pepperoni' To say this pizza was good would be an overstatement, the crust was like a homemade pizza, the sauce was not pleasant & as you can see the pepperoni portion's were extremely small. We each had one piece that we had to cut apart again & has you can see by my pictures it was extremely greasy compared to other pepperoni pizza we have eaten. It tasted like it had cornmeal in the crust or somewhere on the pizza. Finally we ordered a Pepsi Zero because when I was trying to place our order it came up we had to order a $10.00 minimum to have delivery even though they charged $3.99 for delivery. We got a Pepsi! Our $10.00 pizza quickly became a $20.00 pizza with all the fees including the driver tip. If I were you I would avoid this chain, you'll be glad you did! Tabitha was great!! I had a fairly complicated order that I probably should have called in. I put it through the app, and it didn't translate properly. Pizza was made incorrectly. Tabitha talked through the order, understood the complication, graciously remade the pizza on the spot, AND let me SEE the pizza before it went into the oven. Well after not ordering from Marcos in a year + I thought id give it another try. I used to order from them every single week. I received my order ahead of time and the lower 25% of the pizza was like soggy mush. Not wanting to waste it I put it on a pizza cooker I have with just the lower heat. I stiffened up the crust which I noticed was like 1mm thick.. "Screw it, I'm hungry", I thought but the taste was ... non existent. I have never had a pizza that gross. I ate 1 piece out of stubbornness (dipped in a ton of garlic sauce), but starting feeling sick so I threw the rest away. It's to bad, this used to be the best pizza anywhere. I'll go back to tombstone for $4.50, just buy some jalapenos and your all set. read more

Wha?Took my order, told him I was just west of Town and Country shopping center on Mckinley, and gave the address. Waited an hour, no pizza or sandwich. Solid take out. Good pizza. I've ordered from them a few times over the years and it is always a satisfying meal. If you're still into renting DVDs, they are next door to a Family Video and I believe they often have deals across both places. The pizza I usually get here is a typical round with pepperoni. They never delivered my order and when I called them an hour and a half later they told me they already "talked to my friend" and that they ( the restaurant) had "cancelled" my order. I've placed my last order today. I've lost count of how many orders have been screwed up. I've received cinnasquares at least 5 times with nothing on them. Just plain dry bread. Once they sent a replacement order that was only half cooked. Then they replaced the replacement order with one that was way overdone and tasted like cardboard with cinnamon on it. Actually, I've ended up with several orders of cinnasquares that have been overdone. I've been sent the wrong salad, and salad that was warm with soggy croutons. I always order my pizza with light sauce and half the time I get regular sauce. Once, instead of calling to let me know they didn't have the soda they ordered, they sent something random instead, which of course wasn't anything I like and ended up being wasted. There's been at least two times they never even sent the beverage I ordered and paid for. This last screw-up took 2-1/2 hours to replace after the original order was delivered nearly a half hour later than estimated. And that's partially because when I called to report the screw-up and ask for a replacement, the new order was never entered. I found that out after I waited an hour for it to arrive (assuming it was in process) before calling to find out there was no order placed. I always order contactless delivery. My delivery instructions always specify to knock when delivered. Several times they didn't knock or text or anything and my food was left sitting in the cold and I didn't even know it was here. It's too bad, because when they get it right, the food is good. They just don't get it right very often. And when you call to have the order fixed they make you feel like it's an inconvenience. Are you kidding me? Why haven't I ordered from here before? 15 minutes after ordering online delivery and I get a hot pizza that tastes amazing. This is an anomaly. Hot, fast pizza delivery? Since when? I was actually startled when the driver knocked on my door. My dogs didn't even bark! On top of the amazing service, the pizza is outstanding. The crust is soft and flavorful. The cheese is plenty and the toppings are HUGE! They even have toppings you can't get from the Papa or the Hut. This is my go to from now on. You just gained a forever customer. read more

Truly LOVE this place!! They have the best pizza and so far after a year of ordering from them at least 3 or 4 times a month we have yet to have a problem.
