Walked into store. I am a repeat customer. Ordered my sub, was told "it doesn't come that way" ...... I read it off the posted menu and she contined to argue with me. Highly suggest your crew understand and be familiar with menus ... or at least be able to read what is posted on the big board over register. im a regular customer, but the last 4 visits were less than enjoyable. there is a heavy set young woman who like to argue with customers to the point of where she will call other employees from the back to agree with her regardless of the issue, when I asked for a garlic butter crust and cooked well done, she said the ticket did not print that part of the order and apologized twice, i said ok just put the garlic butter on the crust and I will be on my way, still arguing as she walks the pizza back where she did not add the butter to the crust then proceeded to tell me DO NOT COME BACK, I have sent emails to the supposed owner operator of this franchise and really don't expect to hear back from anyone, but I I'll tell you if this service continues they will wonder why their sales are dropping, usually they have a gentleman there who makes great pizza, but the last 4 have been awful, it would be like having a foot dr. perform brain surgery, this woman does not belong in the service industry, she should probably be cleaning toilets somewhere, I will tell this story on every platform until they find and keep a good pizza maker ! read more

This place has Great pizza. I actually have a friend that drove semi truck for me years back. Hes a manager in Lynn Haven . I know he works his butt off. I appreciate him because He's given it his all to succeed. I know that he does whatever he can to get the best pizza to your mouth. personally ,I think they should have more deals like other stores but I do have to say that they back their word on kicking out the freshest ingredients on their pizzas or Calzones. And others like salads. He's also managing Calloway , east side of Panama City w a new store and I know that you will always get what you pay for. As long as he has He's in control. Great customer service from when I came in. But I ordered an XL New York style pizza with double pepperoni, spinach, mushrooms, and onions and this is what I received. A normal pepperoni pizza with tiny sausages. Partly my fault for not checking the pizza before leaving but whatever I still ate it. read more

We ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. It was delicious! We ordered 1 medium cheese pizza and 1 medium pepperoni and sausage pizza. There was the perfect amount of sauce on the pizzas and very cheesy! The delivery was prompt (within 30 minutes) and the delivery driver was very nice. I'm looking forward to eating here again. read more

The food is barely adequate and the employees are downright rude. They have an indoor seating area but when you order, they'll point out that you can get your food "to go." If you decide to eat in, you'll hear them complaining during your entire meal about having to clean the dining room. We went there three times and had the same experience. It's now on our "never again" list. read more

I've ordered from this place quite a fee times in the last several weeks and the service and food has always been great! I ordered twice for delivery and each delivery driver was pleasant and my orders arrived quicker than expected. I picked up from the location once and the service inside was awesome. Tonight was our first bad experience with Marcos Pizza in Lynn Haven. I tried to give them an opportunity to explain like maybe there was a new employee that let little hard nuggets go out the door as an ok $9.99 product but they did not. I am terribly disappointed. The food here is ok, have had it many times, but something needs to be done about employees' lack of ability to use the phone. I was hung up on twice. Once after holding a while, the second time when I called back, I asked them to not hang up on me this time. No apology, just a quick hang up. I hate it for management, but they need to tune in to what their employees are doing. Meanwhile, there are plenty of other restaurants that want, need, and appreciate my business. read more

Ordered from here on 4/25/2018. Ordered in some wings pizza a salad and a 2 liter. Arrived to the store to find it staffed well. When I went to pay with two e gift cards at first they did not think they could take them. Immediately the GM came up and immediately checked me out and let me go on my way. Pretty good food. Wish they had a bigger parking lot because they are always packed! I love getting the cheese pizza with light sauce. It's perfect and pretty accurate. A lot of other places, when you say light sauce, won't put any sauce at all which makes it dry and nasty. This place does great. They messed up on an order of hours but corrected it before we ever got the pizza and even gave us a free pizza next time we came. read more

So upset!!! I use Marcos pizza all the time. And I love their pizza but today I got a text from my ex husband who lives in California who informed me he received a text message from a pizza delivery driver with my name and address on it. The invasion of privacy that I felt from that was unbelievable! My ex did not know what my address was. Thankfully I'm friends with him still but he is a radio host that use to be on the radio here and has a huge fan base along with that fan base there are a lot of crazy people who didn't like that we divorced and people are nuts now days. I went to Marcos pizza and expressed my feelings and how upset I was because of that and they told me the GM will be in tomorrow. I guess Marco's Pizza is only for people with Deep Pockets that don't have to worry about cost. I went online and found they don't have the prices listed there so I decided to drive the 12 blocks to get a to-go menu. They don't have the prices listed on their menu either. I asked the cashier about it and she said that I would have to tell her what I wanted, then she could give me the price. I put the menu back & went across the street to Ramon's Pizza. So, long story short, I couldn't say if Marcos Pizza is good or not. The reason for the low rating is the process of receiving orders. I have ordered salads twice from here, once over the phone and once in person. Both times I have also ordered bread sticks. While the salad sits off to the side 30-40 minutes later I ask about my order and they pull it from a pile of other salad orders, but they say they are waiting for the bread sticks! The process is broken and even speaking with the manager has not helped. I will attempt on more order and if it's the same way I'll never be back. read more
