Our daughters big wedding plans got scaled down to a much smaller size. We changed it up to a back yard wedding w pizza as our meal. Our order was still quite large n WOW, this location went OUT OF THEIR WAY to make pizza special! The salads were seriously, restaurant quality. The pizzas were all hot and the breadsticks had plenty of dipping sauce. This location has always been our fave, not only bcz if the pizza but the staff. Very good thin crust pizza--one of the best in the area. I usually get a supreme and it has plenty of toppings. The only complaint I have is that ordering online is a real pain--first the default is delivery, and it is difficult to change this later. Also it's hard to edit something or correct a mistake. Almost impossible to delete something in your cart. Took me about 25 minutes to keep doing things over and get eveything right. read more

4885 Princeton Rd.....Every time within the last 3 months, we place an online order, it's over a 1/2 before the order is even being made. Even though the order says, it will be delivered in a half hour. So really it's an hour wait for delivery. Then when the order arrives it is semi warm and not HOT, like in the past. Terrible service at Marcos on Princeton Rd. when I arrived to pick up my order I was told it wasn't ready due to a technical issue? I waited 20 minutes for my order while six other customers came and went with their food. I understand these things happen but I don't understand the manager's response. Simply Awesome. We've ordered from Marcos twice now and they have earned a place in my heart. Their delivery is second to none and the flavors and tastes are simply out of this world. Yesterday, we ordered a complicated pizza and I'm certain that I'll order it again. We had: Medium 12" Thin Pizza - Pepperoni - Mushrooms - Bacon - Black Olive - Tomatoes - Cheddar Cheese - Sausage - Feta Cheese - Extra Cheese - Meatballs - Pep Old World - Parm Crust - Light Sauce. It also became our lunch today. I'm not sure which was better, the hot or the cold the next day. The pizza arrived within a couple of minutes earlier than scheduled (About 30 minutes) Order here! Ordered via phone using credit card about 6:30 pm. Next morning was alerted by BOA about fraudulent activity. Someone attempted to make online purchases using my card. Based on the fact we hadn't used the card for days prior and the time of the attempted theft I have every reason to believe the culprit was an employee of this Marcos location. Left email with corporate to contact me. We'll see if I ever hear from them.. Regardless they have forever lost our business and I will be sure to share my experience with all. We tried this pizzeria for the first time last night. They offer a generous military discount which is always appreciated however the customer service the co-owner exhibited last night left a lot to be desired. We placed an online order for pickup at 6:40 pm, o arrived at the location at 6:35 and paid and was told by the young man at the register it would be about ten minutes. I was early and they were busy so no problem, the problem came after being told 4 times it would be 10 more minutes only to find that at 7:25 that they had failed to make our third pizza. The excuse...new people and the owner was insisting they work safely. I am a safety professional and I was glad to know she was looking out for her young employees however working safely had nothing to do with them failing to fulfill our order. A mistake was made, the owner failed to acknowledge their mistake and offered nothing for the inconvenience of being in their restaurant for an hour waiting for our order, not even a complimentary beverage. They were very busy and many others were faced with very long wait times however I believe we were the only order that had an item completely missed. I have heard positive comments about this location however after the lack of accountability by the co-owner last night I have no plans to return to this location. As an aside, once we finally received our pizzas they were tasty but the lack of customer service left a bitter taste in my mouth. read more

Wife calls to make an order. The gentleman who picks up can't understand her Indian accent! He gives the phone to another person (a lady). She can't understand my wife either. Wife gets fed up spelling and respelling the same words and gives up. Mind you- she did order previously and never had a problem. I call and find that this first guy is a senior in high school. The lady who he gave phone to is his sibling. I spoke to the guy and told him that this is no way to do business! After all it's simple ! listen and take the order!! He put me to speak to the main manage (a lady). She had no clue. I said these employees are morons not to understand a lady who lived here over 30 years, been a professor at Miami, worked as an EE all her life. She said don't call my kids morons! So it turns out that this main manager conveniently hired her children as managers! She said when I would like to speak to the owner and explain how incompetent his employees are- she says that won't happen and hung up! It turns out this business has new owners! I request the owner to fire these people! They appear to be hard of hearing , no common sense, no responsibility for the owner. I am not sure - but I suspect a racist tint to the whole thing. Just ordered their newly offered Calzones at Princeton Pike & 747. Explained I'd been looking for New York style for many years and I must say these were at least as good as I remember in NYC. We called 10/25 to ask if seating was available at the Liberty Township location on Princeton Rd, OH. We were told yes they seat approx. 50 people. We head into the pizza shop at 548 pm and EVERY table reserved for six pm. We were told this doesn't usually happen and asked if we made reservations. Dumfounded we said No, why would we make reservations for 4 people to stop in and eat. I get it is unfortunate that this happened the SAME day. We went next door to Eli's and great food as we left at 6:52, we notice several empty tables of 8+ (mind you only 52 min later) even though there may have been 15 to 20 people inside, it appeared we could have been seated. OK- so the pizza is actually fine; my problem is the marketing. I received a circular from Marcos today that I found distasteful, as did most of my friends, all of whom eat Marcos on a regular basis. The circular was titled "shocking wiki leaks dump," and the flyer inside had "classified" and "discovered on private server" above its list of pizzas and prices. I get the joke- I get it. BUT-- I am offended. I do not appreciate advertising that mocks others, and this is exactly what it did. It mocks a political party and those who support it. Whoever it was that made this "clever flyer" must realize that some of us in this community do not fund that funny, or clever. In addition, there were spelling errors. My friends and I will not be buying Marcos pizza again. It's too bad too; I really liked it. read more
