The worse service by far!!! I ordered half and half pizza online. (Cheese and pepperoni) There was a glitch in their system because when I picked it up and it was all cheese. Call the store to let them know the mistake and they first told me they didn't know why I would order a half and half pizza 2 topping pizza all cheese and so would have to place another order. I call back to speak to about manager and was placed on hold for 10 minutes just so he would say he I would have to call back in 5 minutes so he could call his supervisor. Thennnnn...... I called back and they told me it's not their fault so 1:) order another pizza or bing the half ate 30 minute old pizza back to the store so they could recook it. Like really.... !!! I ordered off uber eats. My drinks did not come. The delivery driver said they were not provided for him. He was not responsible. I called Marco's and was told that was an Uber eats problem. So basically, I am out the money. Uber eats said it was a Marco's problem. Marco's said it was Uber Eats issue. I like Marco's, but don't understand how the quality can be so inconsistent from franchisee to franchisee. (Will never order from Westheimer Parkway, Katy TX location again!) I am so glad I found this Marco's located just down the street from Seven Lakes High School. It's much closer than our preferred location on S. Mason Rd. Ordered through their newly updated app -- however I had to follow-up with a phone call because the app didn't allow me to request 'easy/light sauce' from the list of optional instructions. I ordered on a busy weeknight (Game 1 of the 2019 World Series) and my pizzas were ready for pick-up in 12 minutes -- and they tasted great! I appreciate the quality control step of opening the boxes to ensure I am received the right pizzas before I left the shop. I love the old world style pepperoni and the garlic crust. Marco's also offers the best salads of any delivery/takeout chains. My favorite is the Antipasto (or a.ka. Italian Chef ). I am sure I'll be picking up again soon! read more

I have truly been missing out! Tried this place for the first time today. The service was good and the pizzas were delicious! We tried the Philly cheesesteak and deluxe pizzas with garlic butter and Roma seasoning and they did not disappoint!! Will definitely be ordering from Marco's again! read more

I absolutely love Marco's pizza hands down. I have no complaints. Our food is always delivered fresh and before estimated delivery time. Pizza is fine for a chain but customer service is awful. After waiting for more than an hour after scheduled delivery in the past I decided on takeout. Twice it hasn't been ready on scheduled time. Marcos is our go to pizza place. Our household common items are a pepperoni (with both classic and old world Pepperoni's) pizza, and a chicken, spinach and feta pizza, with a meatball sub and chicken dippers. There's something for everyone! The spinach, feta and Chicken pizza is my fave. Meatball sub would be number 2. Marcos is always on time, even during rush hours. I called to make a complaint, and the person at the other end asked for the name associated with the order, I gave that and then he proceeded to ask for the address, I still get the whole " I can't hear you clearly BS" ... next thing I know he drops the call smh. I call back , and the person I speak with only needs my name to pull up the order, that means the first silly person was just trying to make me jump through unnecessary hoops. This time I explained that the order did not come with the extra olives I asked for... he had the nerve to ask with a question in his voice "so do you want us to remake the order?" Like duh smh ‍ why on earth are you asking the obvious??? We would not return to this Marco's. The experience was bazaar. We ordered a pizza (12"), one salad and 2 fountain drinks and went to our table. The charge was over $28. After the usual wait for a pizza the cashier brought it to us in a cardboard box, with a receipt taped to it for $8 plus change. No salad. Don't know why a salad was not brought earlier. She returned with a salad in a take-out container. It is very difficult to cut a pizza while in a cardboard box with only cheap flexible plastic utensils. No idea how the charge got to over $28 because the pizza was around $11, salad about $4 & drinks $5. Nor do we know why there was a different receipt taped to the box. The pepperoni & mushroom pizza was too greasy and stayed with us overnight. The salad was good. read more

Awful service. We ordered curbside pickup and they never brought it out. There were 8+ employees and it wasn't busy so I'm not sure what took so long. After 15 minutes I finally had to go in and ask for it. It was sitting on the rack the whole time. I order two items an order of chicken wings and a build your own calzone with Italian sausage and chicken for pick up. My order was ready when they said it would be I went to the drive thru I spoke to the young lady at the window she never said a word. I then gave her my order number and she gave me my total. I gave her my cc, and she handed me my order and cc back. When I got home and started to eat the calzone it had only sausage in it no chicken. Not sure with two ingredients how you can screw an order up, but they succeeded. The city officials are urging use to still eat at our local restaurants to support them, but it is obvious they don't need or want our support when you are being rude and messing up my order. Well this will be my last time eating here. I am all for hiring young adults, but they need to be monitored they can ruin your business. read more

We order from here every now and then and I'm the type to find a few things at one restaurant and if they're good, I stick to them. Occasionally I'll try something else, but I pretty much stick to ordering an old world pepperoni pizza and/or meatball or a pizza with steak with maybe mushrooms and onions.
