No big deal, this was a Friday night, we get it. When she arrived right at 8pm, the order still wasn't ready, and staff seemed unsure what was going on. This was after we had already called to confirm it. Then we were told the system doesn't "trigger" the order until the scheduled time, which doesn't make much sense if you're offering timed pickups. In the end, the pizza didn't come out until about 30 minutes late for no clear reason.
