As someone who has worked in the food industry, I know how hard that is to achieve, and it truly speaks to the team's dedication and standards. For dinner, I was excited to try the famous gluten-free dough. I kept it simple with a cheese pizza to stay vegetarian, and I was honestly so impressed. I couldn't even tell the difference; it was that good! The crust had great texture and flavor, and everything tasted fresh. On top of that, the service was excellent from start to finish. The cashier was friendly and welcoming, and the cooks were efficient and clearly took pride in their work. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. This afternoon I purchased a pizza from Papa John's on 1429 11th Ave. S. in Birmingham, Alabama. When I went to order it, I noticed a young man that was in the out did not have a hairnet out. His nails were so long and disgusted and dirty and I wished I had never bought the pizza, but I went ahead and got it and it was not what I thought it was gonna be the lady in front of me paid $17 for a large everything on her pizza I end up having to pay $28 for everything on my pizza. To add a little less stress to our week my roommate and I decided not to cook but to order food from this Papa Johns by campus. The location of the store is very convenient because you don't have to leave campus to get it so Papa Johns is always our number one when it comes to pizza. We decided to get a large pepperoni pizza, the basics are the best, along with an order of chocolate chip cookies. We went inside to pick up our order because they offer Carryout and the service was great. The employees were nice and punctual and friendly which always makes you a little happier to spend your money. The food was great, the pizza being my favorite part because it was fresh and cheesy. Growing up I always enjoyed going to Papa Johns. When me and my family go to Papa Johns we always get two large pepperoni pizzas and it always tastes delicious! Something recently that I've tried at Papa Johns is their Oreo cookie bites and they were very sweet and crunchy.The staff are also great too, not only do they give me great recommendations, they also have a great spirit that makes me enjoy coming to Papa Johns every time. I ordered a medium pizza with olives and green peppers from here last week and it was delicious. The delivery time was very reasonable, he took about 30 minutes to get to me and was very polite. I always enjoy my pizzas from here and have eaten Papa Johns's since I was little. I'm not sure of the Covid precautions they have as I have not been to the restaurant in person but the delivery driver was not wearing a mask so I'm assuming masks are not mandated for the workers. Papa Johns is probably one of my favorite "mainstream" pizza places simply because of their complimentary pepperoncini that comes with every pizza. Overall, this was a pretty good experience! This was my first time at the location. I ordered 2 pizzas for my suite mates and I, one large pepperoni and now large stuffed crust. It was ready relatively quickly and was fresh when I received it. The pizza was delicious too! The workers were all following COVID-19 protocols by wearing masks. I always order pickup/carryout from this location when I want a good pizza because their service is superb. I order the meat lovers, but what I love most about their pizza is the crust and that their pizza is always made fresh to order. Nonetheless, I always add 8 mild wings to the order, which also is very tasty. However, the pizza parlor is small so no one can eat in there. And the workers were following COVID precautions by wearing masks and only a select amount of people in the eatery at one time. At 9:06 I called in to check on the delivery and was told it would be another 25-30 mins as the call center was wrong on the original delivery time. The pizza was delivered ahead of schedule, and the delivery person actually followed the no contact procedure. This has been a problem at other pizza restaurants despite tipping online beforehand, they will randomly insist on handing you the pizza instead of following their company's policy. That has never happened to me when ordering from this Papa John's. We got a cheese and a pepperoni pizza for our game night. Both pizzas arrived hot and fresh. They were not overly greasy, and had had a generous amount of toppings. Our Covid pod is only 5 people, and we were all very satisfied and had leftovers. We also tried the cinnamon pull-aparts, which may have been a mistake. Those things are way too addictive, and we finished them before the actual pizza. read more

i ordered from here while i was at work in a hospital and the driver didn't even wait 3 minutes before he took off. He called up to my floor and said that he was waiting out front. I called the store and the manager claimed that i never ordered! I had the pizza tracker-saying it was on it's way-and it had beed debited out of my account. the store manager refused to give me his name so I called back and spoke to another employee who did give me his name-christian. he was extremely rude and refused to replace our order. I order from there all the time but i will be contacting corporate. I just received a refund from them. First they called and said that they were out front of my work, then they said that they didn't receive my order, then they brought back the food cold and lastly they gave me a refund!
