As always, we were greeted with a warm smile and seated immediately. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and efficient, and she brought over some decadent garlic knots for us to enjoy while we waited for our meal. Of course, our meal was really nice! A little over cooked coconut chicken, but still very tasty! Beyond our own wonderful experience, I couldn't help but notice the exceptional service being provided to another table. I have honestly never witnessed wine service quite like that in person! The customer ordered a bottle of wine, and the waiter promptly brought it to the table carrying it as though he were presenting a million-dollar bottle. He carefully opened it right at the table and allowed the guests to taste the wine before offering to fill their glasses. For a moment, I felt like I had stepped into a black-tie, Michelin-star restaurant! The attention to detail, presentation, and genuine care he gave that table were absolutely impeccable. While our own service was wonderful, I couldn't help but notice that extra touch of grandeur being extended to his guests. THAT is what exceptional service looks like! Way to go, Vito's! What an impressive experience!

All the food is delicious! Y'all gotta come here and try this place out. It's was definitely worth a stop to eat here for us. Great experience. Now even though I gave 5 stars there are a couple of things they should consider if the restaurant owner reads this review. Napkins or paper towels should be kept at all tables. Bathroom foot handle should be placed on the inside of the bathroom doors so we don't have to touch the handle when trying to leave the restroom to go eat our food at the table. Kids high chairs need to be wiped down really well and clean. We wiped it down before putting our toddler baby in one. Was really dirty near the middle buckle in the crevice. We arrived at around 6pm and the only seat remaining was in the corner with the speakers right behind us, playing good (but loud) music. Too loud for discussion, we enjoyed our phones while eating and drinking this evening. I enjoyed their "Taking Water" light lager and Mrs. K. consumed two of their mocktails. With it, the "White Noise" pizza topped with caramelized onions, spinach, ricotta and banana peppers was a treat. Big enough to share and not be overly stuffed. Two squares each was enough. It's a family-friendly spot with great drinks and great pizza. A very good spot, just find a seat further away from the music blasting and it'll be perfect for all. We always loved this place - but clearly the owners, managers, and workers could literally care…read moreless about customer experience. The second to last time we ordered online for pickup, my husband and I each got our own pizza. Each pizza had several ingredients on it. For some bizarre reason, they piled my pizza high with ingredients (which is great) and they put almost no ingredients on his pizza. It was basically a cheese pizza with a few scattered toppings. But we didn't discover this until we drove all the way home. So my husband was stuck with a pizza that wasn't very good, because he doesn't like cheese pizza. I don't understand why they would completely cover one pizza and not the other. I filled out the feedback form AND the contact form. Zero response. Many weeks later, we decided that it had to be a fluke, and decided to order online for pickup again. We were in a hurry, but I figured that if we wrote a note on the receipt to please cover BOTH pizzas with a lot of ingredients, they would. So I did. We picked the pizzas off and headed off to meet a friend. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we discovered that YET AGAIN they did the EXACT same thing. My pizza was absolutely covered - excessively so, including an absolute carpet of arugula on top. And my husband's was basically a cheese pizza. To be honest, it felt like they read my note, and decided to leave the ingredients off of one, just to spite us for asking. I don't know that that is actually what happened - but I couldn't figure out why one was absolutely coated and the other wasn't. It was really weird. So, AGAIN - I filled out the feedback form AND contacted them through the website. Nothing but complete silence. Management couldn't even be bothered to reply or try to make it right. So the only conclusion that I can draw is that they not only do not care about customer experience, but that they actively spite their customers. Don't eat here unless you can watch them make yoyr pizza in front of you. If they mess it up, they will not care and they will never make it right.

They both like pizza, so it was an easy win. The set up here is kind of like those MOD pizza chains - you can basically make your own pizza from any of the ingredients/toppings they have available and then they fire it right there for you. They have some pre-made recipes as suggestions - I went ahead and ordered the margarita and my kids just got plain cheese. The pizza itself was okay. It wasn't amazing, but for "fast food" pizza it was tasty and filling enough that it did the trick. The kids meals came with a scoop of their gelato, which really was a treat for me (I've got one kid who doesn't do ice cream, so I got his scoop of the mango - delicious! - while my little one got vanilla - also good). Service was fast and friendly, and the dining room was clean and spacious. Overall, a good experience!
