Amazing service, great pizza and subs, and quick delivery! I have never ordered anything from here that I didn't like. The white cheezy is my favorite pizza and any one of the subs are yummy. Their salads are also excellent. If you haven't tried them already, you're missing out! read more

Ordered using the app for delivery. An hour and 15 minutes later I called. They had it in as a pickup. Put me on hold to talk with manager. I was on hold for 10 minutes. Called on another line and finally got to manager. Asked if they could deliver no dice no discount for screwup. Cancelled order. Don't use app!! read more

I think their food is overpriced for what it is. The customer service was fantastic here. They called me right away because they were confused about my order and wanted to clear it up before making it. They made the pizza fast and the employees were very friendly. I like how Marco's has a lot of options for their pizza. However, for what they charge (which not the franchise's fault, just the company's really), they could use better ingredients. They use mushrooms from the can, not fresh unlike most big company pizza places. Their crust was really good, but I think the rest of the ingredients were just average (we had pepperoni, cheese, white and red sauce, mushrooms, and sausage), and they're still more expensive than Domino's and Pizza Hut. HORRIBLE SERVICE, We like the pizza but every time we orders its always late and when you call to find out where it is they will give you lies about something happened to their system or the power went off. I would highly go some place else, i.e. brickhouse or hell even pizza hut. So I tried to order a pizza again and guess what happened..... yup you guessed it late, and cold. This will be the last time I go to MARCO'S Pizza. The owner needs to get all new staff and actually maybe go to a business class to know how to run a restaurant. I'll never order from this place again, it's a shame because there pizza is great but expensive. We get harassed with coupons from this SPECIFIC location all the time. We get a coupon for B1G1 of equal or lesser value. That's the only restriction - as with most B1G1 coupons for any establishment, the free item must be of equal or lesser value. We put our order in online and get to the part where we enter the code. It says it's only good for Monday and Tuesday. Fair enough, except the coupon never stated that. I figured if I called the order in, maybe that would work. No go. This would be acceptable had the coupon mention that to begin with. The lady I spoke with on the phone said she can't override it and she'd ask the manager. He was busy and when she told him of the situation, all he said was for me to hold on. She continued talking with me, never once breaking conversation to speak with the manager. I had asked what if I brought the coupon in and paid on pick up - she said she can't override. So I ask to speak to the manager since I never got a response from him. She lied and said he had explained to her that they can't override it. That's great, but this coupon isn't an online only offer nor does it state that it's only valid for orders placed on Monday and Tuesday, so I told her they should honor it. Nope. I hope y'all enjoyed the business you handed over to Papa John's. They always take coupons, and they ALWAYS clearly state the restrictions for use. Decent pizza, better than other chains in the area. We usually stick to the family meal, you get quite a bit of food for the price. All in all I would recommend Marco's if you're burned out on chain pizzas, but don't feel like paying/driving extra for a local pizzeria read more

My girlfriend and I have been doing business with this place for years. We have purchased close to 100 pizzas I would imagine. The one thing I noticed about this place was the excellent customer service along with the quality of the food. Things seemed to have changed for some reason. The last few times I've dealt with them have been unpleasant. The customer service has become arrogant, rude, and unprofessional. When I arrived recently to pick up my order at the appointed time they had not even started cooking it. Of course they had an excuse. Another time when they overcharged me I was not told the truth about pricing. I was able to order the same thing for $6 - $7 less at another Marcos that same night. It used to be they would always give you the order price over the phone at the end of the call. Now, as often as not, they are simply unable too. When I mentioned this to the person in charge he was hostile and arrogant and stated that if I wanted a price I could look it up on the internet. Unbelievable ! Well I have had enough. The only reason I have even considered going back the last few times is because my girlfriend asked for something. I will not be darkening their door again. read more

First time in the Hampton, and was referred to this establishment. I tried to have a pizza delivered to the area in which I am staying and was told they do not deliver to this area after dark. (Mind you it was 6:43pm when I made the order). I was pissed that this establishment would not deliver here but the competitor Dominos does. This is my favorite pizza place and I typically order delivery to my home. Today however, my boss and I wanted pizza for lunch at work and were disappointed that the delivery driver didn't want to drive 1 mile outside of the radius. Too bad because we were going to tip $10.00. Pizza Hut received our business instead. read more

I'm completely livid and through with this. They're not even five minutes down the road and it took them 58 minutes to get here. You pay a delivery charge (ja, like all pizza places) but for what? To wait an hour for your pizza to arrive? And when it did, it was cold and not even worth the $30+ we spent on it (and that was with a $22 coupon. Yeah, do the math. I don't know.) OH AND HEAD'S UP. They won't tell you this when you order, but their "Supreme" is just a meat lovers pizza. It's just meat. When they gave us their specials they listed Meat PIzza, Supreme pizza, so we order a supreme, and it arrives with just meat. Because they're a special snowflake chain that changes the names of their pizzas on you. It's not worth the price. They were good when they first opened up, but now it's a greasy mess with floppy, soggy crust that sits there an hour before they consider delivering it to you. I really hate when my dinner gets cold while I'm on the phone with the restaurant because my order was wrong. I ordered a large pizza magnifico with red onions in addition, and black olives on half. The black olives were left off. I also requested extra sauce. If what I got was extra sauce, I can't imagine what regular sauce is. It's been a while since I ordered from Marco's, so I don't really remember what their classic crust is like, but the crust I got was far too thick to be considered "classic." It was supposed to be a large, but their definition of large is the same as everyone else's medium. It was also supposed to be a pepperoni magnifico with the crust topping, but that was non-existent as well. Fortunately, when I called them, the manager offered a credit toward my next order. But, last time this sort of thing happened, they wouldn't honor the credit a couple of weeks later because there was no record of it. So we'll see. Also on the plus side is that at least the pizza was tasty, even if it wasn't what I ordered. read more

4.5 Stars....Great pizza and great service. Always hot and fresh ingredients. The 5-cheese pizza was amazing, with the meatball my favorite. The Marco's employees are the most friendly and courteous of any company I've experienced, which makes a big difference where I choose to go. I like to order online wherever I go, but the corporate App is somewhat cumbersome and not as user-friendly as other chains. It would be nice if the in-store specials were available online. read more

Great pizza. Sub par delivery. Twice now I've order a large thin crust and 2 lt of Pepsi. Twice my pizza has arrived with no Pepsi. The first time the delivery person apologized as soon as she arrived at the door, and explained that the previous customer claimed to have ordered a Pepsi even though it was not on his bill. She accommodated him with my Pepsi knowing when she got to my house she wouldn't have it. She made a judgement call to just bring me the pizza while it was hot and go back for another Pepsi. End of the night I hand hot pizza and cold beverage, all is well. Tonight the guy who dropped of my order says he "thinks," he "accidentally," gave my drink to the previous delivery and he'd go the 7/11 around the corner and by me a 2 lt. Fifteen minutes later he shows up with a hot 2lt of Pepsi in 7/11 bag. Two orders in a row I have not received my drink along with my pizza. If the pizza wasn't so good I'd stop ordering from them. As it stands I'll not likely be ordering from there again any time soon, and not before emphasizing my expectation they show up with my entire order. read more
