I was pretty much satisfied in terms of my hunger, and the taste wasn't bad, but I felt the need to say something, so I left a note on the napkin it stated that I did not order sausage pizza, basically she didn't come back to check on me, and if I ever come back again, I would try the pepperoni and mushroom. I didn't leave a tip. It was a change that came with my change. It was a comfortable little spot, although I could smell what smell like a septic tank every now and then I wasn't sitting that close to the bathroom.

Tonight Marco's nearly gave my mom a heart attack. The Manager John accused my 69 year old mother of stilling a pizza on December 24th CHRISTMAS Eve. They got a previous order wrong and she had a credit on her account. I called in and ordered the REPLACEMENT PIZZA TONIGHT. The gentleman John answered the phone and took my order who is the manager. I ordered a small supreme with extra onion under the name Joy, my mothers name is Joyce. What she got was a small pizza with only onion smh!!!!JOHN Did not ask for a phone number. My mother got to the store. She got her pizza and took it all the way home. When she got home she realized the pizza was wrong yet again. That's when she drove all the way back and John who messed up a previous order stated she was in the system added by the GENERAL MANAGER BRAD BIGGERS as banned from their location, and refused to make her another pizza. Because she stole a pizza on Christmas EVE. If she was in the system as "being banned from the location" why did they give her a pizza tonight in the first placeShe calls me frantic and I go up there because I called it in for her. Police had to be called and arrived. They ran my mothers ID And saw her squeaky clean record. All over a pizza. I've been In customer service over 20 years and BRAD YOU REALLY NEED TO TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!! PISS POOR. You all will not be getting our business anymore. Great pizza, horrible subs. I always get pizzas from there but tonight I thought I would get a sub. I ordered a steak and cheese with lettuce, tomato and mushrooms with provolone instead of American cheese. Worst sub ever, the lettuce was a nice shade of brown, there was barely any steak on it.
