Decided to have Little Caesars last night because I didn't feel like cooking dinner and wanted something fast! It is no joke when they say that the pizza is hot and ready. I ordered a $5 pepperoni pizza and was out of the restaurant within a minute. The pizza tasted great and was super cheap! You can't beat a 5 dollar pizza. I am not a fan of waiting 30-45 minutes for a pizza to be ready and to pay more money than need be. Little Caesars also offers a lunch special where you can buy 4 deep slices of pizza and a coco cola product for cheap! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area! I am going to say it was this Little Caesars. I have had much better, but it has been years. This was a poor excuse for the restaurant. Right here in Hampton. Young people threw that mess and when I say mess. The food was not worth eating. I wouldn't give it to any strays. It all went straight into the trash. I was soooo sad. My pizza was so fresh, hot, and delicious. I like the new pizzas the brand is creating. I was also pretty surprised to find that there's an app that can be downloaded that gives you a code and when you go to pick up your order, you simply put in your code and take your order out of the warmers at the pickup location. Little Caesars Pizza is our go to Friday evening spot. As a matter of fact, they have a new online ordering system that you can use on their app. I've connected my Apple Pay account to the app so that all I have to do is select my pizza and pay. I usually order pizza after I pick the boys up from school. While we are in the car outside of their school, I ask them what they want and then I place the order. The app tells me that it will take around 17 minutes to prepare our food. Now if we were just ordering their regular $5 pizza, there would be no need to order in advance. However, we are addicted to their new thin crust pepperoni pizza. That is not a hot and ready option. We have to order it in advance for pick up. When you use the app, they give you a 3-digit code to use on a hot box dispenser in their lobby. You walk in, see your name on the screen, punch in your code and the door opens on the bay holding your pizza. You grab it and go. No need to interact with anybody. It is like going to an ATM. You cannot go wrong with a $5.00 pizza. They are pretty good...and you can get them quickly. I had a work event where I needed to order 12 pizzas, I simply called ahead and told them what time I needed the pizza for, and voila! The manager is a great guy and very accommodating. Ok, normally 5 stars is for a super experience, food atmosphere, etc BUT... everyone's expectations of this place is "it's $5 pizza". Ok, now that we are talking apples and apples...it gets 5 stars cause the pizza ACTUALLY looked like the picture! We got the Supreme ($9), but well worth it! When we first moved to Hampton about 5 years ago, this pizza wasn't too bad and I'd give it about 4 and possibly 5 for value. The last 3 times I've gone here, the pizza has been terrible. It tastes extremely acidic as if there is something in it that does not belong. The veggies were turning and just about the spoil. The manager is very irate and refuses to admit that the pizza is rancid. I am completely puzzled by the response from what is normally a highly respected chain. The pizza is okay, you get what you pay for, the deep dish is the most satisfying for a pizza addict at this joint. I'd be wary of the employees at this location, I swear the young manager guy put some kind of cleaner in our marinara sauce after my husband & him had a few words but then again the dish boy (or girl) (or girlish boy)(or boyish girl) could've lacked on the rinsed cycle. I ordered pizza and buffalo wings from this location yeaterday, and since then have been violently ill. I contacted the store and spoke to the manager who explained his name is the letter "D". I told him I had ordered food yesterday and became ill, then asked if there were any sanitation issues, his response was no. I asked him if the chicken was under cooked, he again replied no, telling me that he had made the food himself. I'm not sure how he KNEW he made it concidering I didn't give him my name, or exact order, and hundreds of orders leave the store daily. His response after I questioned him was "I'm sorry, I hope you feel better". I'm now on my way to the hospital to see if I have food poisoning. My suggestion? DO NOT EAT HERE. I don't know if serving undercooked food, ignoring a complaint about sanitation, and overall being unhelpful is common for this store but I will NEVER eat little caesars food again. I'll be contacting the health department first thing Monday morning if I do have food poisoning. I'll also be sending corporate an email about not only the poor quality of food, but the employees blatant disregard for sanitation and food safety. read more

I usually enjoy little caesars pizza and had it many times from this location. Although, for some reason TONIGHT was awful. We ordered two pizzas and crazy bread. The pizzas looked like they were cooked carelessly and the slices were hardly cut and were all different sizes. The crazy bread was absolutely drenched in butter. Not sure who is cooking on Friday nights, but there was definitely a horrible difference. read more

The 5 dollar pizzas are not that great. They are 5 dollar pizzas people. You get want you pay for. On the other hand this is the reason why i give them 4 stars. The deep dish is probably the best deep dish out of all the major chains. The cheese bread is also great. Other than those 2 items I don't go there. read more

This place is great for a quick stop to pick up a pizza on the go. This location is very clean and the staff members are friendly. They have two operating registers and usually two people working them at all times, especially when it's busy. They are very quick and efficient to make sure every customer is taken care of in a timely manner. I've been here on multiple weekend nights or Friday nights and haven't had to wait longer than about 3 minutes for my order. For the price, you can't beat it! read more

After a horrible evening with Chanello's Pizza on Kecoughtan, I drove my little angry self to Little Caesars Pizza on Mercury Blvd in Hampton. Instead of going into the store, we walked up to the walk-up window and placed our order. Customer Service was outstanding! Pizza was HOT & drinks were COLD. Mr. Matthew N. is an excellent employee with a #1 Customer Satisfaction attitude. Hope to visit this location again when we come back to the area. read more

Food was fresh and delicious. They even had special pizzas that are quite affordable. I give this location 5 stars all the way.

Ive been to the Norfolk one and its great, and $5 for large and $8 for deep dish you cant beat that and good taste, love it.

I like the way that there menus food items consists of my favorite things only costing 5 dollars. Mostly because they have buffalo wings.
