For the most part, Sound Check Bingo has been our go-to where we and a few friends would participate. Beer, food and bingo.....a true win-win. Before coming out last night, I placed a reservation for a table given Fridays would turn out a crowd. Turns out it was the best call since a lot of them were occupied with a big crowd. We ended up with high chairs which wasn't a problem at all. As far as beer goes, I ordered a Light Speed lager which went well with my pizza selection. And Sound Check Bingo was pretty fun with the crowd being engaged. They even had one dude who rapped to Ice Ice Baby. Priceless!! None of us won any rounds, but being out like this was truly worth it. Just like many, many visits, this one did not disappoint. We'll definitely be back soon. Till next time :)

Sadly, have noticed a steadily progressing deterioration in both food and service. I can live with menu changes...all restaurants do it eventually. But after the last change, the food is steadily gone downhill. Greasy, unappetizing bad presentation, etc. This last weekend's visit will be my last. I understand it was busy because of a concert, but to sit at a table and have a waitress come by three times and tell us "I need more time" while serving other tables that came in and were seated after us is unacceptable. I know this because we changed tables to get a better seat and watched as the former table was served water, beer, and food orders. Ended up totally ignoring her and going to the bar to get food and drinks. Had an issue with a beer that was supposed to be a refill and was apparently filled from the wrong tap. Bartender would not acknowledge the error and I ended up just walking out never to come back again. You've lost a former good customer.

Absolutely ruined the entire experience. Pro tip for the owners: get new wait staff, we would've stayed and purchased not only beverages, but swag as well. But we had to leave due to rudeness!

The crab dip was a bit too smooth for my taste. I think some places make it with a cream-based product and blend it, so you don't get many chunks of crab. I prefer chunky pieces of crab in my dip. That said, it wasn't bad. I usually eat a little and then stop halfway through because it's just not my preference, but this one was okay. The rice balls were good. We also had the blackened tuna, which was actually pretty good. It was a dish we were able to split between the two of us, and we both enjoyed it. I didn't like getting my drink in a plastic cup--that set me back a bit. All in all, it was a decent experience. It's on my list of places to visit, but probably not somewhere I'd go every six to eight weeks.

The other customers that were in the bar area seem to be regulars, maybe four or five people. Overall, just a very strange experience. A really large establishment with very few employees and very few customers. Definitely don't think we will return.
