The walk up pizzeria reminds me of a NY corner joint that sale huge slices, however it doesn't have seating inside. It is truly a take out pizzeria. Ambiance is old school and is packed with generations of charm. The pizza was loaded with cheese and the crust was AMAZING!!!! I wasn't expecting this from this small location, however when it's stored good things come in small packages, they meant Gino's!!!! Will definitely return next trip!!

It is run by a family and everyone you encounter is very very sweet. However they've got to work on their customer service. I couldn't find an updated menu for the last 9 years and zero prices. When I called to place an order for pickup because they have no online ordering of course. I wasn't even given a price after placing the order. I had to say hey wait a minute can you tell me what the price is. And the person on the other end said well it depends. There's a price for cash and a price for card. Okay well what are they? And this has happened the two times that I've been there. I don't know about you but I like to know how much things are. Now the pizza sauce is a little bit sweet and more of a thin crust pizza. Pizzas come in small large n xlarge. Yeah Im not sure what that equals to either. It's very difficult to see the toppings that are on the pieces since they put them under the cheese and not a whole lot of them. But as I was getting tired of eating at all the other places around town I figured I would give them a shot. The pizza is definitely above average and when I went in and took a picture of their board which still doesn't have any prices I saw that they do have garlic bread and wings. I did not order any of these things because of course there are no prices and I did ask if they had anything listing prices. They indicated that the person who was designing their web page passed away at the beginning of the year. It's now October. They still don't have anything to give to customers for pricing so if you call in an order make sure and ask the price before they hang up.

We've also only had it delivered, so I don't even know if you could dine in, but in my experience they're fast and friendly. We also got cheese bread. It's super flavorful...you can get it with either ranch, marinara, or garlic butter. The garlic butter was great. I did not care for the ranch. The sides of sauces are huge. You order at the counter and if you're dining in, you just let them know and they'll take it to your table. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area.

Im eating a bag of caramel corn now. Yuck.

So I ordered a different & smaller side and expected a refund as according to their own posted menu board it was now less than I paid (of course she didn't give me a receipt). Clerk informed me that what I ordered wasn't what I ordered!! Whatever just process it. Got our food and left to eat it, the chicken was EXTREMELY nasty of rancid cooking oil. I'm not sure how long it had been since they changed it but trust me when I say it was WAY overdue! Got ill from the one piece I ate, almost all tossed out. Same crew of 2 are running the Bistro, Subway & and ice cream area in the store. ZERO customer service! Save yourself the pain.

We called twice in this period of time and were told she was "on her way out the door" both times. Apparently not true. On top of that, we ordered four XL pizzas and one L, and received three XL pizzas and two L. The driver was a woman and extremely apologetic. She told us she would bring another XL back to us, which we appreciated. However, we then received a call another half hour later stating that they had "crammed an XL pizza into a L box" and would not be sending us another one. Okay? We looked at the pizza sizes, and don't believe that to be the case. Plus, it's straight up rude to go back on what another employee has already said. And? You shouldn't be cramming our food anywhere. The pizza was actually good. I just wish I could give more stars and that the service wasn't lousy.

Add good service and yummy breadsticks on top of that, and I'm pretty happy. Really, get the breadsticks. Buttery, cheesy, soft and crunchy at the same time. The marinara is delicious too. A wonderful aroma of pizza greets you, so we were tempted to try the deep dish but we're too hungry to wait. Not that 40 minutes is an unreasonable duration to cook a deep dish pizza, but ours was already a late lunch, and we were hungry. Instead we ordered "handheld" sandwiches. My friend had the chicken delight"full" on ciabatta bread. I had the Philly cheese steak with housemade queso with a Caesar salad on the side.. My sandwich was a little peppery? I was disappointed that the Caesar salad was just a green salad with croutons and Caesar dressing, especially since there was an upcharge. Those breadsticks saved the day - something for which I would definitely return. Atmosphere was fun and the restrooms were clean. I imagine they get very busy on game days, since they are just down the street from the stadium where the Mud Hens play.
