ZERO STARS!!! LOCATION CLOSED but not Updated On Yelp OR Google. Here's Why You ONLY Get a Busy Signal When Calling This Location...IT'S BEEN CLOSED FOR WEEKS! It's a VACANT Location. Cleaned Out. No Equipment. No Signage. No Notifications of Postings. Does the Corporate Franchise EVEN KNOW? Building Owner has NOT posted any "For Lease" signage to date [indicative of litigated collections, maybe?] Last Conversation I had with "Owner" shortly after re-opening earlier in 2026 after "fire damage". He was the ONLY person in the store during meal hour. "Hey, I notice you might be able to use a little help. Are you hiring?" Phone was ringing unanswered. 1 customer entered for a pickup but was kept waiting while Worker/Owner[?] was assembling a medium pizza I had just ordered. ANSWER from "Owner": "Why should I hire more people who won't work?! I can handle it mtself. I am the Owner and I don't need any help." OK, I thought. We'll see how much longer this location survives. Such a shame- there was PLENTY of "Opportunity" to turn around the site; but franchise is not getting represented obviously. Good Luck, Marco's. Don't Blame Bossier City or COVID. read more

In my humble opinion: Marcos pizza: Arrived at 5:27 and was informed that my pizza would not be ready before 5:55. I wanted little Caesar hot and ready for $5.55 but they went out of business. So instead I'm getting wait for a for-ever pizza that is $13....For a small. Pizza was ready at 5:42 and date nite was saved!!! I did not have to eat in the drivers seat in the way to the movie. The $13 thin crust pizza was enjoyed by the river at sunset. Was it worth $13? Idk. I was very good. But Little Caesars would have been1/2 the cost and 2x the pizza. Still yummy. So ...... read more

Walked in there's what I thought was a family eating a pizza in pjs but turned out to be a worker on the clock, licked her fingers and came to the rescue. Man originally taking my order originally has his hands over his mouth with saliva dripping and pizza crumbs on his hand. I just cancel my order and walked to the car. Where I then seen him head straight back to make pizzas without gloves and did not wash hands. Very unpleasant and unappealing. So not recommend!!! read more

Good pizza for a chain. Very fast and friendly service. One table if you need to eat in. Pleasantly impressed and will be taking out from here in the future. read more

I ordered The Works and record a pizza with onion, that's all. Happened on the weekend. First . read more

I would put them in the same universe as Domino's and Chuck E Cheese Pizza, though ist put them a half step above those other two. They look a fair bit like a Dominos or Papa Johns in their production. I appreciated that my customer server remained professional despite having another issue, I'm always grateful when food servers or retailers are able to juggle like that. read more

First time, decent tasting more cheese on basic pizza more than Dominos or Pizza Hut I had pepperoni, Italian sausage, red onions and jalapenos but you are paying premium prices comparable to Papa Johns. Thats why I never forget the coupons. Still not completely sold on them. read more

Pizza bowls are good. My son lo es to get the meat bowl an add black olives. I like that you can get the pizza without all the calories. Of course I turn around and spend those calories on cheese bread, cause it's good too. This last visit was much better than our past visit. The app is easy to use and there are always coupons loaded without having to hunt around for silly codes. read more

My family and I did a curbside order of Marco's last night. We'd never heard of it until the day before and were excited about a new pizza place! Speed: ***** -great, took no time to prepare and cook for us to pick up Taste: ** - Deluxe (the toppings were good but the bottom crust was burnt) - custom pepperoni and pineapple (it was fine) - pepperoni (one child who LOVES pizza asked "are we going to start buying this pizza because I don't like it" and the crust was burnt) Crust: * - we all got the original crust and the taste was okay. Again, two out of three pizzas were burnt so that says a lot Service: ***** - we called and they handled the issue well, but that doesn't help our meal when we're taking a bite. We drove quite a ways and didn't want to drive back. Yes, we'll be back at least once (I'll try a thinner crust b/c it is my preference) because we feel we're owed that but probably not again. I'll update this review after that experience. read more

Awful. Pizza arrived cold despite relative closeness for delivery. Family Salad was not to have olives or onions. Came with a ton of both. Italian dressing was the choice instead came with all 4 packets of ranch. Went directly into the garbage as we have reactions to onions and olives. Major disappointment. read more

Is it good? Yes. The ingredients seem to be good quality. This definitely isn't dominos though and the prices are a weee bit steep for my regular usage. read more

Good, fast pizza. Easy to pickup. Restaurant simple and designed for a grab and go. Similar in design to the interior of a Papa John's. This location at the foot of the Jimmie Davis (You Are My Sunshine) Bridge in Bossier City. This location is one of two in this city. There is one more location in Shreveport. I received excellent service on a call-in order from the phone call itself to the quick readiness of the pie. I tried Marco's for the first time the afternoon of the New Orleans Bowl (Louisiana Tech Bulldogs vs. Georgia Southern Eagles). I ordered an XL half Old World Pepperoni and half Italian Sausage (my normal pizza go-to). I am happy to report that both sides of the pie were tasty and I particularly enjoyed the Old World Pepperoni, as did my six-year-old son. And though, as we dined, we watched our beloved Bulldogs take a massive beatdown in the bowl game, 38-3, ending our bowl win streak, alas it did not spoil our appetites of this pizza! Give their pie a try! read more

I originally ordered through DoorDash but they never got my order. Supposedly due to the weather. So I had to cancel my order and order straight from them.they didn't have some of the items we wanted and I paid for bottled drinks and never got them. I even called them and they said they'd send the driver back with them but they didn't. I paid with a card so I lost money bc of it.first the I've ever eaten from here. Food was good honestly just disappointed in the service and the fact that I never got my drinks read more
