The product is good, I've had only one or two accuracy issues in 5 years. My dropped stars is for customer service. If you have a question they act like you're putting them out. When you pick up your pizza there's one lady in there who just glares at you angrily. If something is missing like a salad they'll rectify it but act like it's the biggest inconvenience ever. And don't bother telling them a pizza was made wrong. Basically every employee I've encountered in the last year seems to appear to be in hell. Maybe it's the shortage of labor, or the pandemic stress...I just don't know. But I sure hope it improves because they have great food and I know they work hard, and I want them to succeed. read more

These pizzas are pathetic. First off, they completely left out part of my order. I have no vehicle so had to have insticart pick up and deliver. I ordered 2 pizzas and a side. They left out the side!! Now, take a good look at the pictures of the pizzas. See anything missing? How about any toppings! I even ordered extra and still about a 3rd of the first one won't have anything but some sparse cheese!! The second doesn't even have ANYTHING on parts!! The first pizza is their specialty Garlic Chicken pizza with literally 10 little pieces of chicken!! The crust is supposed to be original but is as thin as as a slice of thinly sliced piece of deli meat. The second pizza is the 5 meat stuffed crust pizza. The crust does look like a crust but certainly not stuffed. Did you see the toppings? Or I should say WHAT FREAKING TOPPINGS?!? There are whole sections with no sauce, no cheese and most certainly no meat. This was my first time with this particular location and I am sooooooo disappointed. The workers obviously take no pride in making their pizzas and the management is obviously only there for the probably meager pay. OMG what has happened to this place. I haven't been in several years and it is definitely not the same. I walked in and no one seemed to know what they were doing. It took 30 minutes to put 2 pizza together that didn't even have the ingredients I asked for. It appeared dirty and workers were in and out. I won't be back. Yuck!!!! read more

They run a pretty clean and quick operation. I thought the pepperoni could carry its own weight so to speak. Then there's the issue of location, which I feel couldn't be much more convenient for people living at various corners of Shreveport. read more

What can I say? I love pizza and Papa Murphy has incredible pizza. My family doesn't share my enthusiasm because when you get a stuffed pizza, all of the cheese can make a substantial amount of oil. I like greasy pizza, but you can always get a thin crust with some delicate artichokes if you are counting calories. We live in such a large town with so little quality pizza and Papa Murphy's does its part to remedy this issue. Some people are turned off by the fact that they have to cook the pizza when they get home. I see low overhead, which translates to great prices. Not only that, but they have a wide selection of toppings. One of my favorites is the seasonal Taco Pizza. It's back and I'm getting one this week. read more

They don't even deserve a star-----Worst Customer service ever. Called and said I had two coupon - I described them. Placed my order. Went in to pick up the pizzas- the one (black girl) that worked there rang it up- full price. I then had to go into my phone re find these coupons. She sat there trying to make me look dumb kept going in the back. Did not try to resolve the situation only made it more aggravating for me. Then brought this other lil white girl out and it started over again full price it cant be this pizza and it has to be this or that. That's not what the coupon said- my phone was dead by then. I told them - fuck you both. I used to work at papa Murphy's when I was 18 and have never ran into such lack of customer service rude, people playing mind games with customers. Fire them! For the first weekend of college football (Go Tigers!), I decided to try this place as I had been very curious about the whole "take and bake" process since first hearing about this place over the Summer. Coincidentally, some coupons from Papa Murphy's arrived in the mail earlier this week. This sealed the deal for me. I ordered a large 5-meat stuffed pizza (filled with Canadian bacon, pepperoni, sausage and bacon topped with Provolone and ground beef) for only $10 with coupon! I was also allowed to use another coupon for two side items for $5. I ordered the chocolate chip cookie dough and cheesy bread (you can also pick from a s'mores dessert pizza and a thing called a cinnamon wheel). With tax and everything it came to a grand total of around $16. not bad for feeding three people for all of the games! All of the items came with proper cooking instructions and the pizza and cheesy bread were oven-ready. The chocolate chip cookies are made with Hershey's chocolate! Everything was delicious and our party of three watched all the good and not so good games (UL-Monroe vs. Florida State, BYU vs. Ole Miss, Notre Dame vs. South Florida, and of course LSU vs. Oregon) and we ate and ate and ate throughout the games. We couldn't even finish it all. There was still plenty of pizza, bread and cookies left over after the great Tiger victory! It was all very easy to prepare and it all tasted as good, if not better than any takeout or delivery pizza in town. I recommend Papa Murphy's for your next football-watching party! I got a coupon to try this take-and-bake pizza. First of all, make sure you have room in your car for a 16" pie on a wobbly platter. Secondly, when baking it, keep checking your oven because I under-cooked mine. However, it was delicious with loads of toppings. It's a great value, and perfect for big parties. My second favorite pizza shop in town. This is better than fast food pizza (Papa John's or Pizza Hut, etc.) by a mile. They've got high quality toppings, and the end result is delicious. As long as you're willing to heat your oven, and cook it yourself, you'll be very happy with this product. If it ain't Grimaldi's... it has to be from Papa Murphy's. read more
