Did not take long to arrive and you could still see the steam coming off the food. My daughter said the burger was cooked perfectly and the fries were hot and fresh. The only bad part was the garlic bread which I believe was of the frozen and baked variety, it was still hot, so not terribly disappointing. The salad was just the basic salad with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber. Not bad. Will I go back, you bet I will. I want to try something else.

I love Sal's journey from an Ambulance turned food truck into a to go restaurant. We ate his amazing pizza then and now. Hos pizzas have crusts that are perfectly thin, sauce that bleeds through the cheese as it should, and cheese that doesn't taste like generic Sam's Club swill. I'm going to keep supporting him and hope he one day is able to graduate to a true sit-down experience. Hope you do too.

They got a lot going on in there. I ordered the fried calamari and lasagna. They didn't have the wine I ordered so I took the waitress suggestion. Lambrusco. I sweet chilled red. I was disappointed in the serving size. The calamari arrived at 4:55. Cooked to perfection. So tender with a crispy batter. I didn't like the sauce. It was very sweet. The lasagna was served 5 minutes later. It was absolutely swimming in the same sweet sauce. I genuinely could not enjoy it. I took a couple bites and boxed the rest up. Scraping as much of the sauce as possible. Jason ordered the chicken parm. Served with 2 large chicken breast- it's definitely enough for 2 people. I was also disappointed in the fact that the meal didn't include a side salad. Complimentary bread was included. I've lived here for 32 years and this was my first time eating here. They were decent enough for an appetizer. For the main course I got the Fettuccine Chicken Alfredo, it was solid. Our server was really efficient and sweet. She even helped identify the photo on the wall (one of many showing famous people eating spaghetti) of Marcello Mastroianni, a famous actor from the 60's. Wife thought he was James Dean. The pasta is obviously homemade and perfectly al dente. Meatballs are large and luscious with just the right amount of garlic and spice. I was surprised at the color of the gravy but it was fantastic, just enough sweet garlic and tomato flavor to linger in the mouth. We had the in-house garlic bread. The bread is infused with real garlic and is tender and just enough chew to be satisfying. The crust is crunchy and has a mild smoky flavor. My only complaint for the whole experience was the warm baked bread came with a pat of FROZEN butter. A little jarring but the bread was warm enough to melt it a little, eventually. We got to-go boxes and took home as much as we ate. Get extra bread to go, it's that good (bring your own warm butter). The restaurant itself was dimly lit, almost no lighting except what was coming from the kitchen. There were unlit lamps on the table that were likely supposed to be more atmospheric, had they been used? Ultimately... dark, expensive, and not the greatest food.
