I'm giving this location a 5. I know it's a chain, but they are consistent, friendly and clean! Can't really beat a lg pepperoni with hot honey for 11.99 and this is our first time trying the wings. They're baked and they're pretty good. I give them a thumbs up for sure! read more

I've had the pleasure of enjoying Marco's pizza over the past couple years now and during a recent visit. Growing up (and still now) I've been accustom to having other popular chain pizzas, that hit the highest mark of good for me, so I rarely branched out. Pizza is always yummy. We usually do delivery and always comes delivered warm. You can tell it wasn't sitting around before delivering.

I struggle to like this place. When the power was out a few weeks ago, their website had no problem taking my money. It was after about 2 hrs I realized they were down. A week later still no refund. Had to talk to higher up management to get my money back. Not a good experience for sure. If this is their practice I will go elsewhere without looking back. read more

You can't get away from the COVID-19 Pandemic news except if you work for Marco's pizza in North Ridgeville. They are totally unaware that there are any risk. Order a Pepperoni Magnifico with mushrooms and onions. Because of the Coronavirus we paid online to avoid human contact. We arrived at Marcos a little early so we sat in the car and watch several customers and delivery drivers pick up pizzas. I was surprised that none of the delivery drivers and masks or gloves. Probably in the car I thought. My wife when in a minute or so early because the restaurant had no customers inside. She was told that the pizza wasn't quite ready yet. When she turned to head back to the car they said she had to sign the credit card receipt. She asked if they would wave at her when the pizza was ready. They looked at her like she was out of her mind. When she go back in the car she expressed her dismay at the attitude and the fact that no one in the entire restaurant was wearing gloves or masks. Five minutes later I headed into the restaurant since no one had given her a wave. I told them my name and they claimed they didn't have a pizza for me. I told them that my wife had just been in the restaurant and had even signed the credit card receipt. He was certain he had no pizza for me until he noticed it under several other pizza. So much for the wave or curbside delivery. I asked why no one, and I mean no one was wearing gloves or face masks. The first few people just shrugged their shoulders. A woman then spoke up and informed me that they didn't have to wear gloves or masks. She said that the cdc didn't require them but they would start wearing masks next Monday, May 11th. That was of little consolation to my wife and I. I left very disgusted and then watched as the entire restaurant poked fun at my expense. Have they been selling pizza for two months during the pandemic and not following any common sense safety rules. All I can say is customer beware! read more

We really like the pizza at Marco's they have a big variety of pizza's and you can customize them. The wings are good but on the small side and not alot of sauce choices. The salads and subs are very good and fresh. Very easy to order onthe app and all the delivery people have been fast and very friendly. And alot of great offers. This is my normal go to Marco's. But not anymore. Last night, my son tried to order for his first time. We are trying to teach him money management at home and purchasing his own things. When the driver arrived, my son gave him $40 for a pizza delivery that cost $25. The driver asked him how much change he wanted back? Odd question since a person should be getting all of their change, right?? My son was confused and of the $40 dollars he gave the driver for the bill, he only got $3 back in change. My son was so proud of himself for doing it on his own until I had to explain to him he was suppose to have alot more change. Even if he made the mistake, a decent person who help or explain to him. Needless to say, we will only be ordering carry out if we order from here again. read more

Marco's is my go-to pizza joint. I know that some people have attitude because it's a chain pizza place but the pizza is always good and they have really great customer service. In fact, their evening counter guy has some of the best customer service skills I've ever seen anywhere. He is so personable and goes above and beyond what is expected of him. I usually order the same thing every time - large pepperoni pizza with half green pepper well done with light sauce plus cheesy bread. They never get it wrong and are always happy to accommodate any special requests. I also love their garlic dipping sauce and we always order extra. I'm in town for business and had a craving for pizza. Marco's exceeded my expectations. Upon entering the store, the place was clean, well organized, and felt very customer-friendly. I was greeted with a warm smile and verbal pleasantry by Paula who happily walked me through the specials. She did it so well that I felt badly not ordering one of them, and instead built my own with her recommendation of the original "lite" crust. The pie was delicious. Have ordered from the Bay Village location several times, and I usually love it! Even during the COVID closings, they have typically provided good service. Today, however, was not one of their better days. Not only was the pizza 40 minutes later than the expected time, it was only lukewarm when it got there. When I called to inquire about the delivery prior to it arriving, I was met with one confused and dismissive employee and a second who didn't offer much more other than "sorry we're behind today." We've lived in Avon Lake for almost 1 year and have ordered from Marco's on Walker Rd so many times I've lost count. They're online ordering service is awesome. Always delivered BEFORE said delivery time. Delivery reps are always friendly and professional. Food is always fresh and hot. Very good pizza. Love the meatball bake and brownies too! The one and only time there was an issue with our order, which wasn't even the fault of the store (think it was an online issue), the manager Daniel took the time to look through our past orders and then called me back and took care of the situation anyway...which he really didn't have to do! ordered pizza and wings, put it on charge card that is on there web site. order came and guy asked for money, told him it was put on my charge card that they have for my online account. sat down to eat and the delivery guy is back at door saying that i still owe him. could not believe that they screwed this up!!!! put the pizza back in the box and said good bye. called the store and the "manager " argued with me. i have never been treated like this from any store before...... she needs replaced!!!!!!!!!!! read more
