On other ingredients took me a while to figure out the process. Ordered 2 large pizzas and 10 boneless chicken all for $38!!! My discounts on app were over $10. The pizza had a nice fluffy and crunchy crust and dough and ingredients were fresh. Had the tomato and cheese pie and the mega full pepperoni pie. Both were delicious. The boneless nuggets varied in size but was a nice crispy fry and juicy bites. Didn't like the garlic butter (tasted artificial) but liked dipping in ranch sauce. I would do this again with coupons. The pizza is very good but the advertising is very poor and misleading. I had a coupon for $8.99, large pizza, 2 toppings, any time, order now. When I went to place the order online, it would not accept the coupon. I called and was told that the coupon was only good from 8pm to closing. I said but the coupon says any time. Ordered Philly pizza with thin crust, shaved steak, mushrooms, onions, peppers and cheese. There was almost no cheese on the entire pizza, the onions were close to raw and only 85% of the pizza was covered with any toppings. Without any toppings on the outside of the pizza the uncovered thin crust had the consistency of a cracker. I arrived about 10 minutes before my scheduled pickup time to find it had already been cooked and was waiting for pickup. I never received any notification saying it was done. I tried to place a takeout order online this afternoon around 3:30. The price wasn't ringing up correctly online so I tried to phone in our order. On my first attempt I was immediately placed on hold...I waited 6 minutes and hung up to call back (I assumed they forgot about me). My second attempt I was again put on hold...this time after holding for 20 minutes, they simply hung up on me. So, I called a 3rd try time ...this time I held for 10 minutes at which point they hung up on me again....So I called a 4th time and I got I my car and drove over there ...it took me 8 minutes to get there and when I got up to the window a rude teenage boy wearing a nose ring answered the window and the phone...he said there were only two of them working and that they were very busy....and that it was the other guy that kept hanging up. I complained about being hung up on twice, he uttered something rude and I left. Marcos was my favorite place in town...now, I won't be back. read more

Placed an order for a medium pepperoni pizza at 9:30pm on a Friday and it was ready in 10 minutes. Service was great and pizza was tasty. The staff was very kind. Pizza was much better than Dominos or Papa John's. Highly recommend. read more

I ordered 15 pizzas for a Christmas party lunch and asked if they could be ready for pickup by 1100. Sounds like a disaster - right? It was not! All the pizzas were ready a little before 1100 and still hot when I got them to the office!! All the pizzas were exactly like I ordered them and they were delicious! The service was fantastic. Orederd a pizza, salad and wings was told it would be 30 min. I called at 45 min and asked if it was on the way, was put on hold for 5 min i hung up and called back. I was then told the delivery guy had a blow out and they were trying to get another person to come in. The girl said if you want to come it it would be free. I said i wouldnt have ordered delivery if i was willing to come in. I asked why didnt someone call, no real answer just excuses. I asked to speak with the manager and he siad they only had one delivery person. What manager would only schedule ONE delivery person on a saturday night and if you only had one person you should have mentioned delayed delivery times. This is the second time something like this has happend with Marcos. I like their Pizza (expensive for what it is) but its probably the last time i order from them. read more

My family placed a mobile order last night at 549pm for 2 large pizzas. One was a pepperoni magnifico and the other was a mushroom and green olive. We received the order via delivery, and the mushroom and green olive pizza was incorrect; we received mushroom and green peppers. I called the store to get the issue resolved. First time I called, Mark answered the phone and asked if he could put me on hold for a bit. I said ok, but after waiting on hold for 20 minutes, I was hung up on. Second time I called, Tyler answered the phone. I let him know of the wrong pizza being delivered and he said he was going to get a manager. The manager did not give me his name when getting on the call, but he was not pleasant. He asked what the problem was; I then repeated the issue and he said all he could do was issue a 20 dollar credit. I asked, "could we not get the correct pizza made?" He said "no, that was not possible." I said, "ok, how would you go about issuing the credit, back to my method of payment?" He then sounded frustrated and said that I needed to hold. I said, "ok," but continued to wait on hold for another 20 minutes before I was once again hung up on!!! This is unacceptable customer service. I don't know what happened to Marco's in Aiken, but it has gone downhill. This was the last time we order from here. This happened last month with getting the incorrect pizza, and being placed on hold without getting an answer. We gave another chance, but this was it. Corporate needs to get involved before this place looses all of it's loyal customers. read more

Marco's used to be my favorite pizza in Aiken, but the service quality has deteriorated over the past two years. Several times now, I have ordered a Deluxe pizza with some extras like black mushrooms and extra cheese. Almost without exception, the pizza that I bring home has none of these extras on it. It's a 20-minute drive to Marco's, so it's a hassle to go back and be refunded for extras that are usually not there. Make sure you inspect your order before leaving the parking lot, even if it's a bright day. The staff just isn't as careful as they used to be. read more

Myself and my family have ordered from Marco's several times in the last few months. We have been given the run around multiple times, and have always had to call to check on where our food was. Amanda provides dismal customer service, and is appalling to deal with. Very rude delivery man. We ordered lunch from the assisted living where I work and one of the residents had an accident so we had to care to that. He got an attitude that he had to wait for someone to come and then when we gave him the cash he didn't have change, my coworker said let me go get my card, and stormed away and said don't worry about it, I'll handle it and stormed out. I get that you are on a schedule but stuff happens and the world is not perfect especially when you are caring for others. Ordered through Uber Eats.. The pizza arrived on time. The flavor of the pizza was good. The lack of ingredients was poor. My husband and I talked to the manager Amber to try and get a reason for the lack of ingredients. She said that we had to talk to Uber Eats about that. They did not prepare the pizza. Marcos did. Stopped by today for lunch and got their Pepperoni Magnifico. Let me start by saying that any time I try a new pizza place out, I get a pepperoni pizza. It is by far the original pizza topping and, if you can't make a pepperoni pizza well, I don't have time for any of your other concoctions. It's like when I go to an Italian restaurant for the first time, I get the spaghetti with meatballs; because, again, if you can't make the most basic of Italian foods well, why bother even trying the rest of the menu? It was a good pizza! Came out piping hot and had plenty of pepperonis and lots of mozzarella cheese on it. It did take a little time to come out but pizza is pizza. The sauce is pretty good too. Like I said, it was a good pizza and I've had a few in my lifetime (including some made in Italy). They have a drive through window, so you can order ahead and pick your pie (or sandwich or salad or whatever) up on the fly if you order ahead by phone or Internet. That's pretty cool. They have handy, wallet sized menus that you can keep in the car or at the office or at home and call in your order knowing what they serve; and it even comes with a few coupons. All of those are the "Pro's" of our Marco's Pizza. Now for the "Con's": The place itself is location-challenged and because of that has a smallish parking lot, which is Okay, because their seating area will only hold about 25-30 people maximum (based on a rough table & chair count). I found the pizza to be a bit "bready", meaning it has a thicker dough throughout and especially along the crust line. More carbs per slice. As for their claim to be the "best pizza in town", I cannot agree. They are better than some of the chains as I know them, like Little Ceasar's, Domino's and Pizza Hut; but I put it about even with Papa John's (except that Papa John's allows you to choose thicker or thinner crusts). So, against the bigger chain pizza places, perhaps they are close to being the best. It certainly wasn't 'bad pizza'; but if put up against some of Aiken's locals, not so much. I would easily choose Apizza Di Napoli over Marco's; but Apizza Di Napoli is a 'gourmet pizza' experience with real plates and flatware vs. Marco's presentation, plastic-ware and paper plates. I'd also choose Ferrando's Pizza over Marco's personally. So, the bottom line is...pretty good pizza! If you are in the area or passing by, calling ahead and picking one up on the fly for a casual event is probably a very convenient thing; and they do have delivery, which our local pizza places do not. But best pizza in Aiken? I think not. My 2 cents... read more

Have tried Marco's delivery a couple of times. Very good pizza, wings and salads. Pizza has nice chewy crust and they don't skimp on the toppings. Crispy, meaty, delicious wings. Fresh antipasto salad - with green greens. A more flavorful Italian dressing would have given them a 5th star. Tasted like it came from a bottle. Fast, friendly delivery and, here's the best part: the hot food is delivered hot and the cold food is delivered cold. Sounds simple, but they do it right. read more

Got an extra large pizza with garlic bread and also tried one of the Keto friendly pizza bowls. Everything was delicious and perfect. I have ordered from this location five times total. One time they deleted my order, the next time we were missing items. Then recently we waited well over an hour for a pizza for the order to be wrong once again and missing more items. I live less than .5 miles from the store. From calling to check on my pizza to the interaction with the delivery driver, it was all unprofessional at best.
