The installation was poorly done, zero underlayment was placed down, floorboards are now lifting, chipping and peeling like spaghetti. I contacted Crystal Williams at Atlanta Flooring and she processed a claim. An inspector was sent out to my home. The inspector let me know that the job was poorly done and I definitely had a case, hence my entire bottom floor of lvp was lifting. The flooring was literally laid on top of concrete without curing it as well. The only feedback I received from Crystal Williams was that my claim is denied and they will not cover the cost for fixing the horrible job that was done. Several other homes in my community that had work done with Atlanta Flooring are also all having multiple issues. Despite multiple attempts to contact Crystal Williams, Joe Kehoe, Mark Tunick, as well as any other employee at this company via phone and email I have not received a single response. It's been 6 months with no follow-up, no resolution, and no accountability. Customer service is just as important as the product itself, and unfortunately, this company has failed on both fronts. I regret choosing them and would not recommend their services to anyone looking for quality work and reliable support.
