A recent revamp ( I do like the new decor) has improved the look and feel of the place. Unfortunately the quality of the service and food hasn't improved. I hate to downgrade my rating, but my original review said that I would appreciate some great offers. I actually ordered a promotional offer (recently promoted on TV, e-mail and Text message) but the branch called to advise they didn't have it. We ended up with a standard base that was a bit soggy in the middle for the same price. I just hope that the recent revamp of the decor extends to the rest of the store and that things soon change for the better.

Overall the quality of the food is good, the prices are reasonable and staff are attentive and friendly. My only issue with Mondo is that the quality can vary, and the vegetarian options are limited to 2 pizzas and one pasta (main courses). Since changing to Mondo I have visited twice and ordered the Penne Arriabiata each time. The first visit the sauce coated the pasta and was tasty with a slight heat. The second ( more recent visit) the sauce was too spicy ( in my opinion) which killed the subtle flavour and as it was a drier consistency which did not coat the pasta. Friends and family members who have visited have liked the quality and despite my concerns I'd visit again.
