They also had no issue with giving me a tour of the facility without an appointment which was very unusual for the kennels to do here. To me, it's a HUGE red flag if such can't be provided. My dogs seem to enjoy doggie daycare and are definitely tired out afterwards. The facility is clean both in appearance and in actual smell. Employees are courteous and detailed in providing any required status of my dogs upon pick up. Definitely recommend !!

The last straw was when Maggie ran through her collar border and I had too track her down by tackling her and hanging on until my neighbor brought a leash. I sent Ashley a plea for help. Maggie spent two weeks in training. The results were incredible. My parents, sister and brother in law (and 2 little dogs) finally came to visit. Maggie sat, listened to "leave it" and laid down when told. She never jumped on anyone. We are going to be able to introduce her to my 95 year old Grandmother this Thanksgiving. I am so very grateful for Ashley.

I took my dog over to meet the others in advance and to see if she would get along personality wise with the dogs and cats that would be there. Their home is very inviting and there is lots of room to run and play in the fenced backyard. While on my trip I received photos of my dog via email and when I picked her up she was happy and non stressed at all - something I always had to deal with in the past when taking her to traditional kennels. I will bet that now looks forward to my trips as much as I do!

They told me when to take off the cone and when I did he took off the stitches that they did which means they were not ready to come off and now my poor cat will be permanently disfigured due to their negligence!! This was told to me IN PERSON!!! What's worse is the doctor who worked on my act would not take accountability and said I should have gotten a check up on him when the nurses told me my cat didn't really need a check up!! I stilled tried to make a check up just in case but unfortunately things were too late! They were also very rude!! Since this happened in person they are welcome to check camera however I doubt they will considering everything that has happened so far... I did get a call from the owner and all she did was argue with me??? Trying to say how she doesn't think anyone would do or say this! She was quite argumentative about it. She also kept talking over me during the conversation. All she cared about is protecting her image and did nothing to fix this. Also the owner saying: "I think" IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH!! You can't just call and be like I don't think anyone would do this when it DID in fact happen? Do not trust this hospital they do not care about your pets they only care about their paycheck. If they do anything wrong they WONT take accountability and will deflect!!!!! Update: I did change my review about some charges because I was wrong about certain ones I was told I was charged for certain things but wasn't. The owner keeps putting up my original review and fighting about those charges if I changed my review it's cuz I saw I was wrong about it??? Anyways she is being very passive aggressive about it and rude to me!! I have never seen anyone act towards people like this over a review! Stop bringing up the charges I understand that I was not charged for those two things I said before which is also still on you guys because this is also what I was told??? I've brought cats and dogs here and received the appropriate care they needed. I currently have 3 precious Pom babies who get their teeth cleaned and medical care here. They've caught medical issues before they've become serious and provided care that worked. I personally recommend Dr Skime. She's a wonderful vet who I can tell truly cares about her work. If your complaint is about the price, then perhaps you shouldn't be taking on being a pet owner in the first place. Healthcare is expensive, period. Sure, I wish it wasn't so expensive but trust me, they're not taking you for a ride. Vets and their clinics have to work much harder than a hospital or clinics meant for people.

However, we had a recent couple of experiences that is making us question whether this is where we should continue bringing our pups for the continuity of their care. We dropped our dog off and paid $500+ for vaccinations, an exam and urine culture at a single visit. After picking up our pup, we received a phone call stating they had administered the WRONG vaccination. (How this was overlooked, is unsettling.) They refunded the money and did not offer the correct vaccination free of charge. I am a doctor so I also work in the medical field and not only is it unacceptable to administer the wrong vaccination but it is even more disheartening that they did not do anything about the inconvenience of having to take off more time from work, to bring my dog in again only to receive a vaccination that she should have received initially. In addition, we brought our other dog in a few days ago and we were never told, even after my husband asked the tech about the results from the urine culture (which he left and realized he never received), that we have a prescription on file due to positive results. We left a second time, only to find out that we have to return again to retrieve the medication that we could have already picked up and could have been administering these past few weeks. Additionally, we will need to take off more time from work to bring her in AGAIN to have the culture retested. Although, I did anticipate the need to re-culture her, the frustrating part is that we could have done this a few days ago when our last dog was there for an appointment. As I mentioned, I work in the medical field and understand mistakes happen, but when a mistake occurs on behalf of the practice (multiple times) and when we are losing significant amounts of money so we can take off work to re-visit the vet, it becomes very upsetting, especially when we feel nothing has been done on their behalf to compensate for the amount of time and expense it will cost us due to their miscommunication and mistakes. If you chose to bring you pet here, you will need to stay on top of everything as this clinic seems to let multiple important issues fall through the cracks.
