Spoke to a really nice woman named Dawn who wasn't sure how to go about it, but told me they had room avaliable and would let Laurie know to give me a call later that day to confirm. I head back in around 3:45 because I hadn't heard from anyone. Met with another nice person who also said Laurie had just left but if I left my # she would make sure it would get to her first thing in the morning. I asked to please give me a call even if they couldn't board her so I'm not waiting around all day. I call them up the following day (tiday is January 31st )12:15 to see what's going on as I had yet to hear from them. My call went to the answering machine. I wish I could leave a good review as the staff I met with in person are really nice, but this is a horrible way to run a business. No sense in telling a customer you can provide a service and then ghost them.
