Using Yelp/Google I found Pamela of Mountain Flour Bakery and asked if she could make us a Key Lime Pie, she said no problem. I did a search and called and e mailed 8 different bakeries and pie places in the vicinity. The only one who responded and within 37 minutes was Monica. She was so sweet and willing to help, make some fresh goodies and deliver them herself. She was so thorough - likes, dislikes, theme - b day or Halloween( Ankit has a 7 year old son), allergies, special requests. Honest is an understatement - her quote for the price for the box of goodies delivered by 4 pm( we spoke and placed the order at 11:52 am) was fantastic!! Payment was via Square. They LOVED the treats which were presented in a beautiful box with cupcakes, brownies and cookies!!! She had on a hoodie, was wearing glasses , and had a bun in her hair. It completely ruined the atmosphere and made it hard to enjoy what should have been a fun treat. The ice cream itself was decent, but the poor customer service made me not want to return. I hope management addresses this issue because no one should have to deal with that kind of behavior, whether they're working there or visiting.
