Well Abood (I think that was your name), your pizza is excellent. Especially for the prices you have! I've had pizza at the same price point and that pizza was horrible. The takeout special is amazing, for $13.99 you get an XL cheese, a large 1 topping, OR a medium 2 topping. In a pinch, and close to closing time, I ordered a large pepperoni and you kindly let me order even though you were probably ready to go. The cheese was piled on and cooked til a slightly browned on top, the pepperoni had a nice spice to it and they were cooked til the edges were crispy, and the sauce had a nice tangy tomato flavor and nice rich oregano hints. The added bonus was all the grease. That, to me, is a good pizza. And your crust was a little dense, but it worked with the combination of everything together. I'll be back because I wanna try more pizza. Thanks! read more

My family and I absolutely love Marcelo's Pizza in Norco! This place has never failed us. The pizza is always delicious, and the wings are especially amazing! We recently ordered delivery, and our food arrived even faster than we expected. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. The woman who is usually at the register is always so respectful, friendly, and welcoming. She's always awesome and provides great customer service! If you've never tried Marcelo's Pizza, you definitely need to give this place a shot. It's a must-try! Had to drop down the stars to 2. I do like their pizzas. But I ordered one that was never delivered, and manager said she submitted a credit request twice. That never happened. So I was charged almost $50 for a pizza and cheese sticks I never got. Order was about 5 weeks ago, so I'm assuming the credit for the un-delivered order will never happen. Good pizza, but go in to the place to get it and pay for it. Their online ordering setup is not up to snuff. read more

Tasteless pizza and effortless service. Asked for delivery they said 44$ for large pepperoni and wings. 7$ delivery fee according to them. When I said I'd pick it up instead of delivery they said it was 27$ We asked what the rest of the money was for and she said "tax" Would leave negative stars if I could read more

Our go to for pizza as they seem to have one of the best in the area. The deals online are great and worth using if you're ready to pick up your order! The store is small and doesn't have any room for dine in but it's great for pickup. The workers are usually very polite and quick with assisting you. The pizza is tasty, real cheese, fresh toppings and a great crust. We've tried their salads and wings as well. Nothing over the top but satisfying for your pizza and wings craving. When ordering delivery it's pretty quick but you do have to pay a delivery fee. Downside, they close early... 8 pm. So those late night pizza cravings won't be fulfilled here. read more

Called on 4th of July as our favorite pizza place was closed. Ordered online, simple enough. We were just outside their delivery zone (5 mi) but they were willing to deliver. I didn't want to impose so went to pick up. Pizzas, meatballs and salad were ready on time. I assume it was the owner, discounted my order by applying coupons and specials that I either missed or he was just being quite nice and I appreciated with a good tip. While we will still go to our favorite pizza joint, we were not disappointed in the pizza. They offer thin, thick, stuffed and glitter free crusts. You can even requests the crust to be under done or well done. Plenty of toppings spread on pizza , pizzas were all correctly made with options requested, meatballs were good and the salad (regular) was large enough for 3 bowls. Dressing containers could be a bit larger so ask for extra. If I loved a bit closer we would likely go back more often but for the people who live in the area, great little spot with friendly staff. read more

I waited until I had at least 4-5 visits to this place before giving a review. If you are a fan of Pizza Hut, this will be your jam - better quality, same type of pizza. If you like thin crust pizza or "NY style", don't go here. I have ordered "well done", "extra well done", and even "when you think it's done - it's not, so leave it in"... and every time it's a floppy, chewy mess of a pizza. See photos (this was "extra well done") This place uses a conveyer oven, so you can't really get a crispy underside. Their regular crust is better because the thickness holds it together. What is sad is that I usually will take the thin crust home, and throw it in a pan on the stove for 5 min to get a crust on the bottom of the pizza - and it's actually got decent flavor and isn't greasy. It's quick, it's cheap, they're bangin out pies... if your kids are under 16 they probably won't care anyway. 2 large pizzas under $20 can't really be matched - just don't get the thin crust, or your hopes up. read more

This has to be the worst managed place there is out there. This review isn't solemnly off 1 experience but my 4th experience, IN A ROW. They constantly are forgetting items we asked and paid for and incorrectly making the pizza. Today has to be the cherry on top of everything. The pizza was made wrong, they forgot our 3 extra ranch, then also forgot our soda. Not to mention the wings are practically burnt. I tried calling and telling them about the situation but the rude female manager insisted in bringing extra pizza. 30 min later, we are over it and I called insisting in a refund for the things we DID NOT RECEIVE, she did not want to. She was rude, unprofessional and her only excuse was "mistakes happen." Which is understandable but customer service should be important and she clearly didn't care. Save your money and your time, order from ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. read more

Ever since the old owner sold, the quality and consistency has gone to crap. I been giving it a chance and this is the last time. From what I heard from employees that are now no longer there, the new owners are awful to work for. I never seen so much turnover of employees. Tonight's order was not done to per my request. I have been ordering from here for about 7 years now. It is currently the best pizza in Norco and Corona. My favorite was Lamppost but they are currently closed. Perfect pizza every time. They hand toss the crust and all the cheese and topping are measured for consistency. Delicious wings as well. Good and friendly staff as well. read more

I've been ordering from Marcello's Pizza for over 20 years. I ordered a Chicken Alfredo Pasta & they gave me an Alfredo Pizza instead? My daughter grabbed a slice while I was calling them back to have them deliver an Alfredo pasta to me, but they refused to givd me a complimentary pasta since there was a slice taken from it even though they told me it would be discarded anyway? I'm not concerned about the money or getting stuck with this Pizza, but I'm very disappointed in their policy. Especially knowing I gave the delivery guy a good tip. read more

Ordered pizza online and they never delivered it. They closed early and I didn't know that but their online system let me place the order and told me that it would be delivered in 55 minutes. Over an hour later I called, no answer. Looked at the website and realized they closed at 8. Not believing it because what pizza place closes at 8 on a Tuesday? I drove over there and the place was locked up and dark. The fee for two pizzas, a chicken salad and a 2liter soda was taken from my bank account. I called today 12:36 and was told that the manager wasn't in and he would give him the message. It's 1:44 pm and still no call. I don't know if the staff saw my order and the address and said nope because of the hour of the evening but you guys took my money. Refund or charge back is gonna happen. Great pizza and great prices! Glad I found this place! I got a meat lovers pizza and cheese pizza, both perfection. The salad and pasta (fettuccine) are great as well. I wouldn't recommend the jalapeño poppers unless you're a huge fan of cream cheese because it was cream cheese overload. Other than that I would totally recommend this place! I am retracting my post as of recent. New information Has come to light. I have been a customer of Marcellos pizzaria for over 10 years. I am outraged with the extreme differences in prices for delivery VS pick up. I recently again ordered a pizza. Definitely i noticed a huge bump in prices. So I went into the establishment myself curious as to why the prices have gone up. I was immediately disappointed. To my surprise, the prices in store are different from the website. This is false advertisement. Furthering my research I found out the original owners sold the establishment to "Out of towners." The loyalty here is a shame. Yes i understand the struggle with inflation. This city made Marcellos pizzaria. So stop taking advantage of the old school original people who made you. read more

Terrible service since this restaurant went under new ownership. We have been loyal customers since 2007. With these new owners, our pizza is Flimsy, smaller and unreasonable price hikes. Unfortunate that new owners can totally destroy a local favorite. Will definitely be searching for a new local pizzeria. read more

Have NEVER had Marcello pizza before, I'm a dominos girl. BUT I'm definitely switching over The pizza crust is nice and fluffy with a crunch. Sauce is nice and flavorful. As soon as I walked in Armando was nice with a smile, although o wasn't ready 2 mins later was asked by Jack if I needed anything it was nice to be acknowledged 2x within 5 mins of walking in. Also I enjoyed watching Tim making the pizza with the old-school technique reminded me of my father. Customer service was AMAZING and EXTREMELY FRIENDLY. I don't live in Norco but I'll drive for this specific location. A 5 star rating would do more if I could. definitely recommending this place read more

The place was cute and a normal neighborhood bar, the live music was great, the food was delicious BUT the service was the down fall. For me, service is the most important and the reason we may not come back.

I am not the one to usually write reviews but I had such delightful experience with this place that I felt intrigued to give my thanks!! We ordered a handfull of pizzas and wings for our Sunday Funday party but due to some of us having a bit more to drink than normal, we might have been out of control and difficult to the deal with. And we also ordered the wrong pizzas and toppings. Anyways I had to call back after reliazing that I need to fix the order and hopefully not get charged double. Spoke with a lady (manager/owner) and she was already aware the earlier drunkin call and had the order already in process. But after explaining to her the situation, she was very kind and was able modify the order with correct ingredients as my order had not left yet. And they confirmed the full order with me just to make sure everything will be satisfactory. This will offically be my favorite go to pizza spot from now on. Also I should mention that once the correct pizza order was place, everything was surprisingly delivered on time. I was not expecting that as they had mentioned that there was a few stops in between before getting to me. Anyways, loved the pizzas and the wing. Horrible service the past 3 times I've ordered from Marcellos. We've been ordering from this location for multiple years and have never been treated so poorly. We ordered about an hour ago for delivery and everything seemed fine. Little did we know the person who took our order placed it under pick up so we were left in the dust. We got in contact with the manager (Daniel) and he proceeded to have an attitude with me, which eventually led to him simply hanging up on me. The one by my house is pretty old. Its been around for awhile now and its the 3rd one in Corona. Its a small hole in the wall but its fast and they have pretty good deals on pizza and wings as well.!!! They use fresh mozzarella cheese on their pizzas, so expect the stringy cheesiness after each bite! I give them 3 stars because its not that clean all the time in the front and outside. read more
