I choose to stay at this hotel because I wanted to stay near the train station the night before I flew back to the states. It's about a 5 min walk to the Roma termini, on the Main Street so no wondering in and out of small streets to find. However, there's no big sign to make it find it much easier. The hotel is in a five story building which also houses other business, including other hotels/hostels.
The reception area is on the 5th floor and there's an elevator that can accommodate two people with small luggage. The staff was super friendly and nice. The room is fairly small but comfortable. The bathroom was nice and had a good working hairdryer. The cover on the bed looked a little old.
The hotel offers breakfast which consists of a croissant, juice box, cappuccino, packaged toast and marmalade. You can either eat in the lobby area or they can bring it to your room.
Our room was on the fourth floor, which was the floor for the reception for another hotel which I found strange. There was they guy who always seemed to be there smoking. It stenched up the whole building (4th and 5th floor) which sucked since I don't even think that guy was with the hotel.
The minus star is for the door on my room, it looked like someone had busted through the door and wasn't fixed too well. When I pulled on it, it looked like it could possibly be pulled off, leaving me not feeling safe and secure. Luckily we were only there for one night. read more
