Shopping in the Seattle area in Washington State…read more.. Seattle Premium Outlets is not really on the main road. I couldn't see a sign from the highway. I just trusted my GPS. I knew that Pop Mart was at this outlet. This was my main goal... to visit a Pop Mart, because it's not in Hawaii. Since we were there, we saw a Miniso and Claire's. We also went inside "anime World", another cute shop. Another reason why we wanted to visit Seattle Premium Outlets was to stretch our legs - because of the long drive from Vancouver to Seattle. We also needed a restroom. Gosh... it was far away from Pop Mart, Claire's, and Miniso... and walking in the rain made it more challenging! At least we accomplished all of our goals... and then some!

The entire store is either 30% off or $50% off. So I got a jacket that was 50% off of $298. The jacket came to $149. After tax it came to $162.26. For a high quality jacket this is a really good deal. I do not have to worry about going to clients and getting soaked on rainy days (or unexpected rainy days). Yes you do have to spend time at this store in order to find deals or even that right jacket. Yes it is limited sizes on items with steep or awesome discounts. Overall, I came out leaving happy. I was walking around with 5 tops and leggings when the staff offered to start a fitting room for me. They also asked me if I needed help finding anything in particular. It was hard to resist the tops, shorts, and leggings. The inventory is similar to the sale rack online and in regular Lululemon stores. But the discounts in the outlet store are way better. I got a Luxtreme sweater (sold online for $70) for about $59 USD. There were deals on the bras and shorts as well. There's a bunch of colors to choose from too! What made my shopping experience even better is my cashier, Dani. She gave me helpful advice and helped me score more deals at a higher discount. Also, if you love the Lululemon shopping bags... it's $0.08 per bag. Although this store charges for bags, it's a stylish reusable bag and much cheaper than other stores. I was charged $0.20 for a flimsy paper bag at another store, so the Lululemon bag is a better value.

However once I enter I'm suffocated by a smothering sales associate asking more questions than an IRS audit. 5 questions in 30 seconds is 4 to many unless I have a question. Look when FRANK shops he wants to be able to shop in tranquility till an item is spotted I want. Due to the gum on thong approach by the sales team I quickly left store. For example, 100 count Kirkland coffee K-Cups, or 72 count Starbucks, or 100 count Donut House K-Cups....Today, these were priced at about the same as Costco but they note that 1 is missing or 9 is missing, etc. If you don't have. Costco membership, this may be the place for you. I spotted a pile of 3 pack of reading glasses, 8 pack of Skagg Chili, Apple sauce squeeze (Kirkland), Feit smart bulbs (opened and taped up packages) but for me, not a savings from what I pay at Costco. Big Box outlet might include stores like Sam's club, Home Depot and Lowe's but especially Costco. Overall, I enjoyed looking and knowing a good deal if I found one. For me, nothing was attractive enough to actually purchase anything. Nothing really stood out as far as friendly staff, or exceptional organization. I was actually just killing time between dental appts. I'm sure others would feel differently. I'm glad Costco has a 2nd hand place to accept merchandise for resale.

They used to have more boutique stuff, but now I would say 95 percent of the things here are made especially for outlet. They would have styles similar to boutique goods, but when you look closely, they are made a lot cheaper, and less details. Also, in recent years, there is always a line to get into this place. Sometimes they would make you wait even when people kept leaving the store, without any explanations. I do not like to be kept waiting like this.
