I've been using it continuously for a while now, and I like it so much that I repurchased it. I remembered seeing an email a while ago about a "gift with purchase" promotion when buying Shiseido products at Nordstrom. I hadn't had the time to go at all, but I finally went yesterday and bought it. I considered ordering it online, but with the scorching heat lately, I was worried the cosmetics might go bad during shipping, so I went and bought it in person. I don't know the name of the saleswoman who helped me. I was originally looking at the cosmetics over at the Clé de Peau counter, and she came over to let me know about the current gift with purchase event. I told her that this was Clé de Peau but I was actually looking for Shiseido, and asked if Shiseido had a gift with purchase too. She told me they happened to have exactly one gift left. I asked her what the gift was and to show it to me, and she brought out a pouch containing a serum, cleansing foam, and small face cream. So yesterday, I bought one eye cream and received those gifts. The employee who helped me was incredibly kind. When I was checking out, a prompt came up asking for my phone number. I entered my number, and she said she found my name, Diane. I finished paying and left feeling super happy because of how kind she was and because I got the gift. I remember going window shopping there with my mom on July 29th, too. On that day, there were signs posted everywhere saying that all prices would go up starting August 10th.

After leaving the Apple Store at the Americana at Brand on the 13th of this month, I noticed there…read moreis a Nordstrom in this beautiful outdoor place. I decided to walk in because I needed a light brown color lip liner from their Mac cosmetics counter & 2 lipsticks. One dark wicked color and the other one light lavender color. Both were in stock. I also needed to return a shirt that I had bought thinking it would fit me since I didn't try it on. (It didn't). The women's clothing is on the second floor. I did buy my lip liner along with my 2 lipsticks. Process with the customer service was on point, fast and quick. Was helped by a very nice, pleasant employee and the return policy worked just fine. Had my receipt on me and the lady did an even exchange with one size bigger. Both levels of the store were spotless clean, including the floors. Has an escalator, huge parking lot, and don't know much about their restrooms. I usually don't shop at Nordstrom because it can be a tad expensive for my budget. I did have few things in mind that I have been needing and wanting to get. Where to buy them with great affordable prices? Here at Nordstrom Rack. This was my 1st visit at this store, and will not be the last. I do visit the Glendale area quite often. As I was browsing their aisles, I noticed a lot of items by famous designers, and their sale racks 70 to 75% off. The cashier even offered me 5% discount, if I join their rewards program, so I did. Card is already in the mail. Aisles were easy to navigate and everything was placed in the right places and NOT cramped like some other stores are. I have never encountered any type of a problem in any one of their locations. Bought a lot of things on this visit from practically every department. They have shoes, accessories, cosmetics, women's, men's and kids department, along with kitchen/bathroom essentials. Also, houseware stuff. They have toys and a lot more. Needed underwear in a pack of 6, not in any particular brand, but of course the size has to be right. White color. I also needed a nice pillow. Came in 2. I bought this beautiful, 3 inch heel gray color shoe, to match a light gray short sleeve blouse with rhinestones. I also bought a pair of dark blue color jeans with rhinestones. I guess I had rhinestone fever that day,:-)) Got me this beautiful Summer/Spring blouse with yellow/purple stripes. Saw these fashionable glasses, tried them on and it looked nice on me and complimented my face. Got that too. You can also wear them as prescription glasses. I can never get enough of vases, got a nice flower vase, a fashionable pant/skirt with sequins/diamonds on it (not real diamonds), and it was the last one left. Looked perfect on me! 2 transparent soap dispensers, 2 room sprays, a nice mug with an inspirational message on it. "good vibes only"! One heart shaped crystal Jewelry box that you can use for anything. And a festive decorative Autumn wreath for my door to welcome fall. I believe that's all I got. The store along with the restrooms and dressing rooms were very clean. While waiting in line to check out, got couple of drinks and candy. Ample parking lot and Love Nordstrom Rack!! The Hot Topic team kept checking in on me and my daughter and asked if we needed help. Everyone is so friendly here and the merchandise was perfectly organized in all the aisles and shelves. Upon arrival we were greeted by Eileen, she was welcoming, so very helpful and friendly. One thing we enjoy is getting our luggage monogrammed and on this day the machine wasn't working. Eileen suggested we can come back to pick up the luggage when the machine was fixed and that's what we did. She called us in a few short hours and said our luggage was ready for pick up. We arrived to the valet area and she brought it out to our car. That's true customer service and we truly appreciated all her time and effort. Eileen set a great example for the company and it's another reason we will return time after time. They say you get what you pay for, and here at Tumi, you will get the best!

The Uber driver pulled a little too hard on the handle of my carry on and this dislodged it and broke the handle. I wasn't happy. I purchased all my Tumi accessories from this location due to previous service from Wendy and the team. I called them explaining what it happened. I spoke to a lady called Eileen. Eileen asked me to send her some details on the bag with some photos and the barcode to the bottom. She called me back and said they had the handle part at the store. I let her know I was still in Phoenix and flying back to LA and I wouldn't get there till after 6 o'clock. Once I arrived I made my way to the Americana. I was greeted by Diana and Ren. They knew I was coming and they had the part ready. Diana did a great job in replacing the part while Ren were looking at new updates to the Tumi collection. I had a great time at the store and the customer service was outstanding. This is the first time I've had damage however given this experience and how quickly the team were able to get me back on my way, I now know why Tumi is a great brand. I wanted to give a shout out to this wonderful team, Wendy wasn't there, but this just goes to show how she's built a great team and culture at the store to ensure the Customer Services is always at the Centrepoint. The socks are strongly recommended, the Colorful 50 has 50 colors you can select, 4 pairs for $12.90 (used be only $10). Recently, maybe not that recent, it looks like all UNIQLO upgraded their purchasing system. Now you can check out by yourself. The system is very advanced, you don't have to scan the items one by one, you just put all the things you select into the draw and the system will automatically give you the list. Sounds simple enough, right? WRONG. They had a pretty good sale going on for shorts. Something like BOGO half off or 2 for $65. Honestly, after what felt like an eternity in that store, the details are a blur! My daughter would find a style she loved, but of course, NOT in her size. So off she'd go, wandering aimlessly back and forth, picking up another pair, putting it back, trying something else...you get the picture. Several employees helped us throughout our little shopping adventure, finding sizes, getting us a fitting room, etc. Everyone was nice enough, but after an HOUR AND A HALF of this madness, mama was DONE. I finally told my daughter we needed to wrap it up and GO. And THEN, like a gift from the shopping gods, one of the guys casually mentioned that we could ORDER the shorts in her size, have them shipped directly to our house, AND still take advantage of the sale. WAIT. WHAT?!?!?! YOU MEAN TO TELL ME WE COULD'VE DONE THIS THE WHOLE TIME?!?! All those employees who helped us before (we're talking like three of them), and not ONE thought to mention this little tidbit of information?!? I could've saved myself an HOUR of my life that I will NEVER get back! UGH! Needless to say, we bought the shorts, took advantage of the sale, and finally made our escape. Look, I appreciate the employees being friendly and helping us find a fitting room, but customer service is more than just pointing us toward the dressing rooms and checking for sizes. It's also knowing what options are available and actually TELLING your customers about them! Especially when you've watched us wander around your store for what feels like half a day trying to find the right size! Zumiez, PLEASE train your employees to let customers know they can order out-of-stock sizes and have them shipped home while still getting the sale price. That little bit of information would've made our shopping experience SO much better. At least my daughter got her jorts. As for me? I need a nap. LOL!
