Il Marby è stata una bella sorpresa proprio al centro di Ladispoli. Cucina di altissimo livello e servizio al top. La cosa più clamorosa è che il tutto è alla portata di tutti. Prezzi assolutamente onesti. Sono andato a cena con la mia fidanzata, ci hanno da subito accolti al meglio, con un ottimo aperitivo di benvenuto. Poi io ho preso un menù di carne, e mi hanno portato tomino e prosciutto crudo, una fantastica carbonara, sempre fatta a modo loro e per finire un saltimbocca alla romana rivisitato veramente sublime servito con verdure grigliate. La mia fidanzata mangia meno, ha preso una fantastica sfogliatina di verdure ed il dolce. Tutto per 40€. Fantastico, sicuramente ci torneremo appena possibile. BRAVISSIMI! read more
