There are companies that will clean and reseal the grout but I had a feeling that wasn't going to solve the problem. After consulting with Dan, it was clear that what was needed was a complete re-grouting. Dan and his crew tackled this project, doing a re-grout of the floor and ceiling in addition to some areas along the walls. All of the tile was cleaned as well. Some adjustments were made along the way, as they noticed a few additional areas needing work. The result is a sparkling clean, fresh, "like new" shower. Highly recommend Dan and company.

I'm very pleased with the grout restoration work at my condo. The technician named Derek…read more The previous tenant cooked frequently, so the kitchen floor grout had accumulated quite a bit of grease over time. In the bathroom, as we know, not every tenant wipes down the shower walls after each use, so the grout, bathtub edges, and caulking had also deteriorated from years of moisture exposure. The grout company did a deep cleaning, repaired the deteriorated areas, recaulked where necessary, and sealed the tile and grout. The kitchen and bathroom tile floors now look almost like new. I think this type of restoration is well worth the cost, particularly compared with replacing otherwise good tile. I especially like having the shower-wall grout professionally sealed, and their lifetime warranty on the sealed areas adds significant value.

One of his subcontractors at the time was, unfortunately, not very good, and made several large mistakes while working on my bathroom. Most of it was able to be addressed in the moment, but there were a couple of lingering issues that weren't visible until two years later. However, Tri was very responsive when it came to revisiting the bad work done. He has since let that subcontractor go, and he's doing everything he can to make things right. I went with a plumber to fix the worst of the problems, which Tri is reimbursing (and thankfully didn't cost too much anyway), and he will be doing the remainder of the work necessary to make things whole again. It's unfortunate that there were problems caused by one bad subcontractor (and that this subcontractor hadn't been properly vetted), but I'm satisfied with the resolution to these issues.

Unfortunately, after several unsuccessful attempts to correct issues with the shower, they referred us to David Stadler of Rock'N Renewal and Restoration LLC to step in and do damage control. The results were amazing. In fact, we were so impressed that we asked David and his crew, Gabi and Andrew, to complete a full Shower/Bathtub Restoration Package on our primary bathroom's travertine shower and floor pan, grout repair and patching on the shower walls, floor, tub deck walls, and face tiles, as well as restoration of the stone in our foyer and main entrance at our new Mukilteo home The transformation was superb, each area now looks as though the stone was newly installed. David's attention to detail is unmatched; when it comes to quality, he's truly meticulous. We couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend Rock'N Renewal and Restoration LLC. Five stars plus!

I have experience with the installation of tile, laminate flooring, and carpets, but not nail down engineered hardwood flooring. I decided to hire Elite for the work as they had done the hardwood installation for the downstairs. From the first phone call I was impressed with them. Great staff that was easy to work with, responsive, and crystal clear on the work, costs, and schedule. The floors are stunning and so is the installation. I can look down the long hallway and see absolute precision in the installation. The floor does not veer right or left in the layout, it is perfectly balanced from the center to the sides. The cuts under doors are the perfect height and there are no gaps between floorboards (except the required expansion gap next to the walls). I would highly recommend Elite for flooring, in fact, I will be hiring them again later this year!

Our builder sent us to Elite Flooring in Auburn for "hard surface" selections....flooring and counter options. Elite has a nice selections at various budgets. That said, when it came time to actually making selections within builder budgets I was challenged!! Fortunately, our consultant Tiffany was very patient and a pleasure to work with. Before my selections were ultimately decided I returned to Elite 5 times and countless hours. Elite is open to public but cater to contractors... they do not list prices. Imagine shopping within a budget without knowing the price. Apparently different prices depending on contractor direction to Elite. "Our"contractor grade options are buried in back of store Admittedly, my experience of 5 visits over 2 months started enthusiastically ending in frustration and indifference. The flooring and counter tops we afforded are fine. Nothing special, not what I planned, not what I wanted and significantly over "budget" To be fair, my frustration ( at that point) was primarily with our contractor. Although photos do not illustrate the problem, the engineered wood flooring installed by Elite are buckling in three areas. AND squeak in to other areas. . My complaint with a Elite is not the actual product. My complaint with Elite is the finish work. See photos If you are a contractor OR work with a contractor who goes thru Elite... BUYER BEWARE!! The photos posted are AFTER the tile installer ( a sub contractor) for ELITE returned to clean up his garbage work. Even more disappointing the Elite Store Manager and Tiffany came to the house saw the work and were seemingly satisfied. Clearly Elite has no pride, no interest in customer retention.
